    Abstract: A wheel blank inspection device is composed of a rack, a lower adjusting guide rail, a lower adjusting cylinder, a first left sliding table, a first gear rack, a first right sliding table and the like. A wheel rotates a circle at a low speed, when a first piezoelectric sensor, a second piezoelectric sensor and a third piezoelectric sensor do not pick up signals and probes of a first intelligent meter, a second intelligent meter and a third intelligent meter are in a compressed state all the time, the wheel blank is qualified, otherwise, the wheel blank is deformed greatly and unqualified. After inspection, the qualified blank enters a normal lower transfer roller bed, and the unqualified blank enters a reject roller bed.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a deburring device for a back cavity of a wheel, composed of a machine frame, a clamping and rotating system, a rising and falling translation system and brush units. Jaws clamp a wheel on a roller way, upper cylinders enable the wheel to rise through four upper guide posts, and a first servo motor enables the wheel to move to upsides of conical sleeves through a second gear rack and a second gear; the upper cylinders enable the wheel to fall, and outer sides of the four jaws are in fit with the conical sleeves; a second motor enables the wheel to rotate in a clamped state; a first motor drives a bottom plate and a brush system to rotate in a circumferential direction through a first synchronizing belt; a second servo motor drives a first brush to rotate, a third servo motor drives a second brush to rotate, and brush hairs of the two brushes apply brushing forces of different directions to a back cavity of the wheel; a direction of rotation of the wheel is opposite to that of the brush system; and lower cylinders enable the brush system to rise through lower guide posts, and the brush system can carry out deburring when the brush system is in contact with the back cavity of the wheel.

    Abstract: The invention discloses an automatic powder cleaning system for mixed-line hub bolt holes and a combined powder cleaning gun. The powder cleaning system comprises a control system, a recognition system, a powder cleaning robot, a gun storage and an accessory device. A plurality of combined powder spraying guns are arranged in the gun storage, and a quick disassembly fixture is arranged at the end of the powder cleaning robot. The powder cleaning system adopts robot programming and hub recognition technologies; according to the sizes of different hub bolt holes, ball sockets and platforms as well as product standards, the robot automatically and quickly selects different types of combined powder cleaning guns; after powder spraying under the condition that the hub is not provided with protectors, the head of the central gun barrel absorbs powder at the bolt hole, and the ball socket and platform gun barrel absorbs powder at the ball socket and platform of the bolt hole; protective small plugs for bolt holes are replaced by the powder cleaning gun, so that a large number of small plugs are avoided, the production cost is reduced, and the environmental pollution caused by paint drop of the small plugs is prevented; and the absorbed powder can be reused, so that the automatic powder cleaning system and the combined powder cleaning gun conform to the green, lean and automatic development process of modern enterprises.
