Abstract: The present invention may include acquiring a plurality of overlay metrology measurement signals from a plurality of metrology targets distributed across one or more fields of a wafer of a lot of wafers, determining a plurality of overlay estimates for each of the plurality of overlay metrology measurement signals using a plurality of overlay algorithms, generating a plurality of overlay estimate distributions, and generating a first plurality of quality metrics utilizing the generated plurality of overlay estimate distributions, wherein each quality metric corresponds with one overlay estimate distribution of the generated plurality of overlay estimate distributions, each quality metric a function of a width of a corresponding generated overlay estimate distribution, each quality metric further being a function of asymmetry present in an overlay metrology measurement signal from an associated metrology target.

Abstract: A cable tie includes a strip of material having a pair of longitudinally extending sides spaced from each other by a width W. In one form the strip includes a plurality of additional openings that are configured to receive the shank of a fastener. In one form, a plurality of first and second size openings are formed in the strip and spaced from each other along the longitudinal axis. Each of the first size openings have a first length LF parallel to the longitudinal axis and are located in a corresponding one of a first set of wide portions. Each of the second size openings are spaced from each other along the longitudinal axis so that one or more of the second size openings are located between pairs of the first size openings, with each of the second size openings located in a corresponding one of a second set of wide portions and having a length LS parallel to the longitudinal axis that is less than LF In one form, the strip includes a first plurality of notch pairs spaced from each other by a first distance D1, a second plurality of the notch pairs is spaced from each other by a second distance D2 that is less than the distance D1, and a plurality of elongate openings, with each opening located in the strip between two adjacent notch pairs that are spaced by the first distance D1.

Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a fastener drive member and a rigid, one-piece frame having a handle portion extending along a longitudinal frame axis between a head portion and a finger loop. The fastener drive member has a pair of drive openings centered on the drive axis and facing in opposite directions, with each of the drive openings defined by one or more drive surfaces. One of the drive openings is sized to receive a fastener or driver bit of a first size and the other opening is sized to receive a fastener or driver bit of a second size greater than the first size. The finger loop has a finger receiving opening sized to receive and encircle a finger of a user. The fastener drive member is mounted in the head portion to rotate about a drive axis, and a ratchet mechanism is mounted in the head portion in operable connection to the fastener drive member to selectively transfer torque from the frame to the fastener drive member in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction about the drive axis.

Abstract: Conversion devices and methods for converting a chassis style rifle to function as a traditional bolt style rifle. The conversion device includes a conversion component that attaches to a standard or modified standard lower receiver of a rifle to allow the rifle to remain capable of being used as either a chassis gun or standard rifle configuration as desired by the operator. The conversion component may attach to the magazine well of the rifle. The conversion component is removably installable on the lower receiver, and accessories, such as a forearm or handguard, may be removably attached to a conversion component and are supported by the lower receiver. The configuration eliminates the need to contact the upper receiver during the act of firing a shot, particularly for gripping with the off-hand or resting on separate shooting accessories. The accuracy and precision of the rifle are enhanced.

Abstract: An accessory mount system is provided for mounting on an aerial work platform having sidewalls extending upwardly from a base to a rim or lip. The mount system is configured to be releasably attached to the lip and one or more of the sidewalls of the work platform and includes quick-connect accessory mounts that allow various types of accessories or accessory mount/holders to be mounted on the system and, via the system, on to the work platform. The system can include a quick-connect mechanism for releasably mounting an accessory to the system. The quick-connect mechanism includes a catch mounted to a frame to pivot between a release position and a lock position and a user actuated release lever connected to the catch to allow a user to actuate the catch from the lock position to the release position.
