    摘要: A structure and method are provided for a conductor line stack of an integrated circuit. The conductor line stack includes a layer of a first material such as heavily doped polysilicon or a metal silicide. A layer of a second material such as a metal is formed over the layer of first material, the layer of second material having an upper portion and a lower portion. A pair of first spacers is disposed on sidewalls of the upper portion, wherein the lower portion has width defined by a combined width of the upper portion and the pair of first spacers. A pair of second spacers is formed on sidewalls of the first spacers, the lower portion and the layer of first material. The conductor line stack structure is well adapted for formation of a borderless bitline contact in contact therewith.

    摘要: A double-deck wheel rim cover includes a wheel rim cover body formed integral with a plurality of support studs in the center portion of the inner side, with each support stud having a combining hole. A combining plate is fixed on the support studs, having a hollow combining shaft provided vertically in the center and having a combining hole. An inner decorative member is provided with a bearing in the center for receiving the combining shaft of the combining plate. The wheel rim cover body is further bored with plural windows to let the motion of the inner decorative member be seen therethrough. The inner decorative member is also provided with a weight-balancing member. When the automobile runs, there will produce a visual effect of different rotating speed of both the wheel rim cover body and the inner decorative member, acquiring functions of displaying both static and dynamic decoration.

    摘要: A wheel rim cover includes a cover body and a decorative cover combined at an outer side of the cover body. The cover body has a plurality of fixing members protruding sidewise on an inner surface spaced apart equidistantly in a circle and fixed with a circular ring. The cover body has a plurality of hollow tubes, and a coil spring fitting around each hollow tube. The decorative cover has a diameter larger than that of the cover body, and a plurality of threaded rods standing sidewise on an inner surface with a washer and a nut. The threaded rods directly extend through the hollow tubes and the coil springs, engaging the nuts to press the coil springs. Thus the wheel cover has an elevated effect of visual appearance and a shock-absorbing function.

    摘要: A method for bonding two or more optical parts and an optical apparatus of using the method are disclosed. According to one embodiment, two optical fiber segments are used as a spacer between two optical parts. The optical fiber segments may be cut off from a commonly used optical fiber according to the size of the parts. In general, the diameter of the optical fiber segments is small, the capillary effect for commonly used adhesives can be eliminated when the two optical parts are bonded with the optical fiber segments in between.

    摘要: A scintillator assembly used in a FIB (Focused Ion Beam) system to detect secondary electrons achieves nearly 100 percent collection efficiency for the majority of useful secondary electron energy ranges. Further, the insulator in the assembly is placed such that it is completely out of the secondary electron path in order to avoid arcing which affects FIB secondary electron imaging. Also, the gap between the grounding cap and the scintillator allows high collection efficiency offered by earlier designs to be retained, and at the same time, improves the system reliability. Further, the scintillator assembly may be placed closer to the primary ion beam, which further improves collection efficiency.
