    Abstract: A scrub wheel is provided in document processing equipment where a wheel is removable and replaceable. The wheel is held between a base member and a top member where the top member comprises retaining lugs at the distal ends of retention arms which engage the lower surface of a ledge in the center of the base member subsequent to passage therethrough when in a correct angular orientation, the lower surface comprising recesses which bind the top member and the base member under the elastic restitution force of a helical spring in the top member.

    Abstract: An arc furnace electrode control includes phase angle measuring devices connected respectively for producing a phase angle signal functionally related to the phase angle between the primary electrode voltage and current. A bias circuit is coupled to the primary of each phase for producing a bias signal functionally related to the reactive volt amperes delivered to the electrodes. Null detectors are coupled to each phase angle measuring device for receiving one of the phase angle signals and to the bias circuit for receiving the bias signal for producing a control signal for each phase related to the difference between the respective phase angle signal and the bias signal. A control is coupled to each null detector and is responsive to each control signal for individually positioning the respective electrodes in relation to the furnace so as to achieve preselected phase angles.

    Abstract: A transportable hyperbaric chamber which is generally cylindrical in configuration and has a manway opening at one end, the chamber being of sufficient length and diameter to receive an injured person. The chamber is adapted to be temporarily connected to a deck chamber or other emergency chamber to receive an injured person and to subsequently be connected to a hospital or other more permanent chamber wherein such person may be treated over a longer period. The chamber is mounted on a support platform which is vertically adjustable at various points in order to align the chamber with such deck and hospital chambers. A pressure safe chamber door is mounted interiorly of the chamber and is movable between a closed, sealed position and an open position wherein the door is fully out of the path of the manway so that an injured person may be transferred without obstacle.

Novel control circuitry is utilized in the receiver to provide compensation and tracking for undesired phase and frequency excursions of both the received and the local oscillator signals.     Abstract: A dual master cylinder assembly for separately operating two hydraulic brake systems for a wheeled vehicle, employs two oppositely moving pistons in coaxial bores. An actuator extending transversely between the pistons carries toggle mechanism comprising a pair of links, one connected to each of the pistons, respectively. A roller at the pivotal connection between each link and its respective piston rolls on the bore surface to eliminate side loading and insure that only axial forces are applied to the pistons. As the toggle links straighten out the axial force on the pistons is multiplied.
