    Abstract: A motorized drive device includes an electric motor, a first holding device and a first switching mechanism. In a first position of the first mechanism, a first guide wheel of the first holding device is offset relative to a second guide wheel of the first holding device, so as to hold the motorized drive device relative to a rail by supporting the first and second guide wheels with respective first and second tracks of the rail. Furthermore, in a second position of the first mechanism, the first guide wheel is positioned opposite the second guide wheel, in a direction of movement of the motorized drive device along the rail, so as to insert or extract the first and second guide wheels into or from the rail, through a slot of the rail.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a system for sharing communication between connected home-automation devices belonging to a first communication network and a remote device connected to a second communication network, the first communication network being connected to the second communication network by a network device, the network device being suitable for allowing communication between at least one connected home-automation device of the first network and the remote device. The method includes determining a communication link device among the connected home-automation devices of the first communication network, as a function of at least one feature of the connected home-automation devices, and maintaining, by the communication link device, a communication channel between the first communication network and the remote device via the network device for the benefit of the other connected home-automation devices of the first communication network.

    Abstract: A tubular electromechanical actuator includes an assembly, a casing and a closure element for closing off the casing. The assembly includes an electronic control unit, an electric motor, a reduction gear and an output shaft. The casing is hollow and configured to house the assembly. The casing includes a first end and a second end. The output shaft protrudes from the casing at the first end of the casing, in an assembled configuration of the actuator. The closure element protrudes from the casing at the second end of the casing, in the assembled configuration of the actuator. The actuator also includes an interface element. The interface element is arranged between the closure element and the electronic control unit. In addition, the interface element includes a housing containing an element for preventing play between the closure element and the interface element along the axial direction of the actuator.
