Abstract: A touch display panel, a fabrication method thereof, and a touch display apparatus are provided. The touch display panel comprises an array substrate (20) and an opposite substrate which are arranged to face each other, the opposite substrate includes a plurality of touch sensing electrodes distributed in a row direction. The array substrate (20) includes a plurality of touch driving electrodes (201) distributed in a column direction, a plurality of touch driving electrode wires (202) distributed in the row direction, and a plurality of touch driving electrode connection wires (203) which are distributed in the column direction and are insulated from the touch driving electrode wires (202). Each column of touch driving electrodes (201) include a plurality of touch driving electrode blocks (2011), each of the touch driving electrode blocks (2011) is connected with one touch driving electrode wire (202), and different columns of touch driving electrode blocks (2011) are connected with different touch driving electrode wires (202). Each of the touch driving electrode blocks (2011) includes a plurality of interruptedly distributed touch driving electrode units (2012), and the touch driving electrode units (2012) of each of the touch driving electrode blocks (2011) are electrically connected by the touch driving electrode connection wires (203). An orthogonal projection of the touch driving electrode wire (202) connected with corresponding touch driving electrode block (2011) on the array substrate does not overlap with orthogonal projections of the touch driving electrode units (2012) of other touch driving electrode blocks (2011) than the corresponding touch driving electrode block (2011) on the array substrate. Crosstalk of the touch display panel is reduced, and a touch effect of the touch display panel is improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a touch screen panel and a display device, the touch screen panel comprises an array substrate and an assembling substrate which are arranged opposite to each other, and a touch detection chip for detecting a touch, wherein the array substrate comprises: a first predetermined number of first self capacitive electrodes and first leads; the assembling substrate comprises: a second predetermined number of second self capacitive electrodes and second leads; projections of the first self capacitive electrodes on the assembling substrate fall within a region on the assembling substrate without the second self capacitive electrodes. In solutions of the present invention, width of the frame region of the array substrate or the assembling substrate can be reduced accordingly, and narrow frame of the touch screen panel can be realized.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a display substrate, a driving method thereof and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor includes: a base substrate; a driving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal; a receiving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to receive the ultrasonic signal reflected by a finger, and convert the ultrasonic signal into an electrical signal for determining fingerprint information, the driving structure and the receiving structure are provided in a same plane. Since the driving structure and the receiving structure of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor of the present disclosure are in a same plane, the driving structure can be closer to the touch body (for example, a finger), which is advantageous for the ultrasonic waves generated by the driving structure to reach the finger to improve the touch accuracy.
