    摘要: A controller of a brushless DC electric machine having a rotor and at least a stator winding powered by a driving voltage is provided. The controller includes a position sensor, an advance angle control circuit, and a driving circuit. The position sensor is moved along a reverse rotating direction of the rotor by a prepositioned angle for outputting a position signal. The advance angle control circuit receives the position signal and a driving voltage reproduction signal reproduced from the driving voltage and outputs a commutation control signal lagging the position signal by a first delay time. The driving circuit receives the commutation control signal for outputting a driving signal for controlling a commutation of the brushless DC electric machine.

    摘要: An electronic ballast capable of extending life of the fluorescent lamp is disclosed. The electronic ballast according to the present invention comprises a DC/AC converter, a fluorescent lamp, a transformer, a preheating transformer and an AC switch. Wherein, the AC switch is turned off during a preheating period of time for the fluorescent lamp. Due to adoption of a preheating transformer in the secondary side and an AC switch for the electronic ballast according to the present invention, the voltage drop across the fluorescent lamp can be reduced during the preheating period of time, and accordingly no glow current would appear. Therefore, life of the electronic ballast can be effectively extended.

    摘要: An electronic ballast capable of extending life of the fluorescent lamp is disclosed. The electronic ballast according to the present invention comprises a DC/AC converter, a fluorescent lamp, a transformer, a preheating transformer and an AC switch. Wherein, the AC switch is turned off during a preheating period of time for the fluorescent lamp. Due to adoption of a preheating transformer in the secondary side and an AC switch for the electronic ballast according to the present invention, the voltage drop across the fluorescent lamp can be reduced during the preheating period of time, and accordingly no glow current would appear. The LLC series resonant converter includes a bridge circuit, a resonant network, a transformer, a rectification circuit, and a frequency adjustment controller. The bridge circuit includes at least one pair of power switches. The power switches drive the resonant network. The rectification circuit includes at least one pair of synchronous rectification power switches. The synchronous rectification power switches and the power switches have a mapping relation between them. The frequency adjustment controller provides driving signals to the synchronous rectification power switches in response to the operating frequency of the LLC series resonant converter and the series resonant frequency of the resonant network, to implement synchronous rectification in the LLC series resonant converter.

A hybrid method is present in the invention utilizing BEMF induced in stator windings to indicate the commutation instant and a falling edge detection method to override PWM chopping and commutation noises. The present invention achieves reliable sensorless rotor position detection with relative concise and low cost circuit as well as little software expense. The control device of the present invention includes a comparator for generating the BEMF zero crossing points (ZCP), and means for deriving rotor position information by detecting the falling edge (or rising edge for low-side chopping case) of the generated ZCPs.
