摘要: A voltage transform part transforms the direct-current power input to an input part. A first input and output part outputs the transformed direct-current power to a battery unit and to which direct-current power is input from the battery unit. A conversion part converts the direct-current power input to the input part into alternating-current power. A second input and output part outputs the alternating-current power to a power system or a load and to which an alternating-current power is input from the power system. The conversion part converts the alternating-current power input to the second input and output part into direct-current power. The second voltage transform part transforms the direct-current power converted by the conversion part and transforms the direct-current power input to the first input and output part. The conversion part converts the direct-current power transformed by the second voltage transform part into alternating-current power.

摘要: Systems and methods for operating a power converter with a plurality of inverter blocks with silicon carbide MOSFETs are provided. A converter can include a plurality of inverter blocks. Each inverter block can include a plurality of switching devices. The plurality of switching devices can include one or more silicon carbide MOSFETs. A control method can include providing, by a control system, one or more gating commands to a first inverter block in the plurality of inverter blocks. The control method can further include implementing, by the control system, a gating command delay to generate a first delayed gating command based at least in part on the one or more gating commands. The control method can further include providing, by the control system, the first delayed gating command to a second inverter block in the plurality of inverter blocks.

摘要: An AC/DC conversion circuit, including: four bidirectional switches forming an H bridge; a capacitor connected between input nodes of the bridge; a capacitor connected between output nodes of the bridge; and a control circuit capable of controlling the bridge alternately to a first configuration where first and second diagonals of the bridge are respectively conductive and non-conductive, and to a second configuration where the first and second diagonals are respectively non-conductive and conductive, the control circuit being capable, during a phase of transition between the first and second configurations, of: turning off the switches of the first diagonal; and for each switch of the second diagonal, turning on the switch only when the voltage thereacross takes a zero value.

摘要: In at least one embodiment, a bi-directional power conversion device including a DC/DC converter, an inverter, and a bi-directional store device is disclosed. The DC/DC converter is configured to generate a first direct current (DC) output in response to a first DC input in a consumer mode and to receive a second DC input to power the low voltage zone in a vehicle charge mode. The inverter is configured to generate an alternating current (AC) output to power at least one consumer device in response to the first DC output in the consumer mode and to provide the second DC input to the DC/DC converter in response to an AC input signal from an AC power source in the vehicle charge mode. The bi-directional storage device is configured to store the first DC output in the consumer mode and to store the second DC input in the vehicle charge mode.

摘要: A single-phase AC/DC electric power conversion apparatus includes an indirect matrix converter having an input interface to receive a first alternating current (AC) signal and an output interface to produce a second AC signal, where the first AC signal has a grid frequency. A transformer has a primary winding and an electrically isolated and magnetically coupled secondary winding. A coupling inductor is connected in series between the output interface of the indirect matrix converter and the primary winding. An H-bridge switching arrangement is connected to the secondary winding and produces an output signal having a DC component and at least one AC component. The at least one AC component has a second order harmonic of the grid frequency. An active filter reduces the second order harmonic AC component. A modular conversion apparatus for three-phase power replicates the single-phase apparatus as a module for each phase and omits the active filter.

摘要: A DC-AC converter is disclosed. The DC-AC converter generates an output AC signal, and has an input DC-AC converter which generates a first AC signal, a transformer device which receives the first AC signal and generates a second AC signal, and a first bidirectional switch which selectively connects a first transformer output terminal and a first output terminal. The DC-AC converter also has a first capacitor which powers the first bidirectional switch, a first charging circuit which charges the first capacitor, and a second bidirectional which selectively conduct connects a second transformer output terminal and a second output terminal. The DC-AC converter also has a second capacitor which powers the second bidirectional switch, and a second charging circuit which charges the second capacitor. Each of the bidirectional switches includes series connected transistors between first and second input/output terminals, and a transistor driver which drives the transistors.

摘要: A method of operating a transformerless inverter connected on the input side to a generator and on the output side to a multiphase AC grid and comprising a multi-phase inverter bridge with a switch between a midpoint of a DC intermediate circuit on the input side and a terminal for a neutral conductor of the multiphase AC grid, includes feeding electric power from the DC intermediate circuit into the AC grid by the inverter bridge with the switch closed when first operating conditions are present, and opening the switch when there is a transition from the first operating conditions to second operating conditions different from the first operating conditions. The method further includes feeding electric power from the DC intermediate circuit into the AC grid by the inverter bridge with the switch open when the second operating conditions are present, and closing the switch when there is a transition from the second operating conditions to the first operating conditions.
