In some aspects, a user equipment may receive bandwidth part configuration information configuring a dormancy profile for a first bandwidth part of a plurality of bandwidth parts; communicate, on a second bandwidth part, a plurality of types of signaling; and communicate, on the first bandwidth part, a subset of the plurality of types of signaling, such that at least one type of signaling, of the plurality of types of signaling, is suppressed in accordance with the dormancy profile.     Abstract: A method by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving at least one time offset for scheduling non-terrestrial communications. The at least one first time offset is configured according to a numerology and/or a bandwidth part (BWP). The UE communicates in accordance with the time offset(s). The time offset may be a single time offset that applies across all numerologies or may be multiple time offsets, each specific to a particular numerology or bandwidth part (BWP). The time offset may be a single time offset scaled based on a current numerology configured for communications. The time offset may apply across different bandwidth parts (BWPs) or across multiple component carriers from which the UE is receiving downlink data.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for transmitting demodulation reference signals (DMRS) with control channels (e.g., physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs)) that enable receiving devices to bundle (e.g., coherently combine) the DMRS over time. A UE may detect a portion of a PDCCH to the UE in at least one resource element group (REG), wherein the REG is in a segment of a control resource set (CORESET) configured for the UE or a group of UEs including the UE and the REG is during a first search space (SS) set occasion configured for the UE or the group of UEs; and process wideband (WB) DMRS in the segment during the first SS set occasion and in the segment during at least one second SS set occasion, wherein the UE does not detect another portion of the PDCCH or another PDCCH during the second SS set occasion.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support adaptive multi-component carrier scheduling for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. In some aspects, a method of wireless communication includes a user equipment (UE) receiving from a base station, a downlink control information configured to schedule a PUSCH transmission to the base station using a first number of component carriers. The UE may transmit to the base station a portion of the PUSCH transmission via the first number of component carriers. The UE may then transmit, to the base station, the remaining portion of the PUSCH transmission using a second number of component carriers based on an uplink packet delay budget (PDB) remaining after transmitting the portion of the PUSCH transmission via the first number of component carriers. In some aspects, the second number of component carriers is greater than the first number of component carriers.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communication systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a set of uplink shared channel occasions within a configured grant period. Each uplink shared channel occasion may include a set of slots for transmitting an uplink shared channel message (e.g., repetitions of the uplink shared channel message or a transport block). The UE may transmit the uplink shared channel message in the set of slots of a first uplink shared channel occasion of the uplink shared channel occasions in accordance with the control information. The UE may transmit an uplink control information message indicating that one or more slots of the set of slots are unused. The one or more unused slots of the first uplink shared channel occasion may be skipped during the configured grant period.
