摘要: A high resolution resist material comprising an acid generator is provided so that high sensitivity and high resolution for high energy rays of 300 nm or less, small line-edge roughness, and excellence in heat stability and storage stability are obtained. Moreover, a pattern formation method using this resist material are provided. Specifically, a novel compound of the following general formula (1); and a positive resist material comprising this compound preferably as a photo acid generator, and a base resin; are provided. This positive resist material may contain a basic compound or a dissolution inhibitor. Further, the present invention provides a pattern formation method comprising the steps of applying this positive resist material on a substrate, then heat-treating the material, exposing the treated material to a high energy ray having a wavelength of 300 nm or less via a photo mask, optionally heat-treating the exposed material, and developing the material using a developer

摘要: A contents providing system includes a communication unit, a print control unit, an expendable amount deriving unit and an expendable amount storing control unit. The communication unit communicates with a contents server having contents data. The print control unit controls a printer to print the contents data and output a printed material imaging the contents data if the communication unit receives the contents data from the contents server. The expendable amount deriving unit derives an amount of an expendable item required for imaging the contents data in the printer. The expendable amount deriving unit derives the amount of the expendable item in accordance with a size of an image printed by the printer. The expendable amount storing control unit stores information representing the amount of the expendable item derived by the expendable amount deriving unit in a memory unit.

摘要: An information management system is provided, which includes: an external device having an output unit that performs a predetermined process; an information processing device connected to the external device; and a second storage unit that stores utilization data, which is accessed by the external device and the information processing device. When a first period in which the utilization data is utilized by the utilization unit and a second period in which target data of the output unit is previously utilized overlap with each other, the utilization data correlated with the first period is correlated with the target data output in the second period.

摘要: A reciprocating compressor includes a front-side delivery chamber 18a formed at a front-side cylinder head 6, a rear-side delivery chamber 18b formed at a rear-side cylinder head 8, a plurality of delivery passages 12a and 12b formed at cylinder blocks 2 and 4 and an outlet port 16 that communicates between one of the delivery passages and an external circuit. The other delivery passage 12b that is not in communication with the outlet port 16 is made to communicate with the front-side delivery chamber 18a and the rear-side delivery chamber 18b and is also made to communicate with the delivery passage 12a in communication with the outlet port 16 via a guide passage 17. The delivery passage 12a in communication with the outlet port 16 is made to communicate with either the front-side delivery chamber or the rear-side delivery chamber via a constricted portion 40 having a passage section smaller than the passage sections at positions at which the other delivery passage 12b communicates with the delivery chambers 18a and 18b, and the dimensions of the constricted portion are set so that its area is equal to or smaller than the area of a circular section with a diameter of 1.5 mm. The reciprocating compressor adopting the structure described above makes it possible to reduce the extent of discharge pulsation and ultimately reduce vibration and noise.

摘要: A light emitting device is constructed on a substrate. The device includes an n-type semiconductor layer in contact with the substrate, an active layer for generating light, the active layer being in electrical contact with the n-type semiconductor layer. A p-type semiconductor layer is in electrical contact with the active layer, and a p-electrode is in electrical contact with the p-type semiconductor layer. The p-electrode includes a layer of silver in contact with the p-type semiconductor layer. A bonding layer is formed overlying the silver layer to make an electrical connection to the silver layer. The silver layer may be thin and transparent or thicker (greater than 20 nm) and reflective.
