摘要： A riding lawn mower mounted drop spreader apparatus is used for spreading a granular material while mowing. The spreader includes a hopper for holding a quantity of a granular material to be dispensed with a control gate which controls the amount of material distributed while mowing. An auger located in the hopper has a drive motor which can also be controlled by an operator of the mower. The hopper has a mounting frame for mounting the hopper and agitator mechanism on a rear chassis region of the lawn mower. An operator can visually observe the amount of material distributed by observing the mowed path behind the mower during use.

摘要： A portable pressure washer that includes a base and a tank assembly formed as a one-piece structure and for engagement with the base. The tank assembly has a pair of water tanks that are disposed separately from each other and a solution tank that is disposed between the pair of water tanks. Each of the tanks is provided with a filler cap. A latch mechanism is disposed at opposite ends of the base for releasably securing the tank assembly with the base. The base houses a liquid pump and air compressor. A manual selector is mounted at the base and has separately selectable positions for coupling either with the water tanks or the solution tank. A spray hose is coupled from the pump for directing either of the water or solution when the pump is activated.

摘要： A dry mixture for use with water has been developed to be used as an erosion control spray matrix for reducing erosion of sandy soils while awaiting development of a root system of plants to hold the soil in place. The dry erosion control mixture includes alpha-calcined calcium sulfate hemihydrate, a non-gypsum binder polymer; biodegradable fibers; and wood fiber mulch. An erosion control slurry is applied to an area of soil in need of erosion-control. After obtaining the dry erosion control mixture, it is mixed with water to form erosion control slurry. The ratio of the composition to the water is preferably from about 1:8 to about 1:12. Seed is distributed over the soil and the erosion control slurry is applied over the distributed seed.
