Abstract:
A casing of an electronic device is proposed, which includes a first casing member having at least an expansion interface slot for being connected with an expansion device, and an opening corresponding to the expansion interface slot; a second casing member covering the first casing member and having a gap corresponding to the expansion interface slot; and a detachable covering member capable of being detachably assembled to the gap of the second casing member, wherein the gap can reduce the fall of level between the casing members and avoid an opening of an expansion interface slot being obstructed due to a downward oblique configuration of the casing, allowing the expansion interface slot of the first casing member to functions normally and avoiding dust from entering into the expansion interface slot, thereby improving the connection and signal transmission quality.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatus for inkjet inkjet drop positioning are provided. A first method includes determining an intended deposition location of an ink drop on a substrate, depositing the ink drop on the substrate using an inkjet printing system, detecting a deposited location of the deposited ink drop on the substrate, comparing the deposited location to the intended location, determining a difference between the deposited location and the intended location, and compensating for the difference between the deposited location and the intended location by adjusting a parameter of an inkjet printing system. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Abstract:
A sensor apparatus for an inkjet printing device is provided. The sensor apparatus may include 1) at least one print head adapted to deposit ink on a top surface of a substrate, wherein the substrate is in motion relative to the print head, 2) at least one sensor adapted to detect the distance of the at least one sensor from the top surface of the substrate, and 3) a controller adapted to determine the substrate to nozzle distance based on the distance of the sensor to the top surface of the substrate, and adjust the trajectory of the ink being deposited on the substrate based on the substrate to nozzle distance. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Abstract:
In an electrical connector and circuit board securing structure, the electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive terminals and an outer housing. Two sides of the outer housing are each punched to form a wing. The wing extends downwardly to form a post. The circuit board is provided with an aperture. The two posts fit into the notches so that the outer housing of the electrical connector can be positioned firmly on the circuit board with good positioning between the two, will not vibrate, and can withstand plugging and unplugging.
Abstract:
A schematic diagram generator processes a netlist or similar circuit description to determine how to place and orient symbols representing devices forming the circuit based on a set of placement rules. Each rule corresponds to a separate characteristic pattern of interconnected devices, and specifies a constraint on relative positioning and/or orientation within the schematic diagram of a set of symbols representing any set of devices forming the corresponding pattern. For each rule, the schematic diagram generator processes the circuit description to identify each set of devices of the electronic circuit exhibiting the rule's corresponding characteristic pattern as a separate “soft group” and establishes a constraint consistent with that rule on relative positioning within the schematic diagram of a set of symbols representing the identified soft group. The schematic diagram generator then resolves any conflicts among the constraints by eliminating some of the constraints and retaining others in accordance with a constraint resolution scheme. The schematic diagram generator thereafter selects positions and orientations within the schematic diagram for all device symbols in a manner consistent with the retained constraints.
Abstract:
A heat-dissipating device and its manufacturing process are provided for significantly increasing the number and size of blades so as to enhance the heat-dissipating performance. The heat-dissipating device has a plurality of blades arranged around the hub of the heat-dissipating device and there is an overlapped region formed between every two adjacent blades. A single mold is used to manufacture such a heat-dissipating device so that not only can the manufacturing cost be reduced but it can significantly increase the number and size of blades so as to increase the heat-dissipating efficiency.
Abstract:
A crank for bicycles or other cycling facilities includes an elongate shank having an orifice formed in one end, and a chamber formed by an upper wall and a lower wall, a gasket is engaged into the chamber via the orifice of the shank. The gasket is engaged between the walls of the shank, and a fastener may be engaged through the orifice of the shank and may be engaged through a bore of the gasket. The shank includes an aperture having an inner diameter smaller than that of the orifice, a second gasket may be engaged into the chamber via the orifice of the shank and includes a bore aligned with the aperture of the shank.
Abstract:
A zoom lens of projector including a first and a second lens groups disposed from the image side in order is provided. The first lens group has a negative effective power ΦU1. The second lens group has a positive effective power ΦU2. The zoom lens has an equivalent power Φ0 and a back focal length BFL, where the BFL*Φ0≧1.0, |ΦU1|Φ0>0.6, and ΦU2/Φ0>0.6. The size of the image projected on a screen by the projector is adjusted by adjusting the positions of the first lens group and the second lens group.
Abstract:
Ophthalmically therapeutic materials, such as liquid-containing compositions and polymeric drug delivery systems, include a therapeutic component which includes an alpha 2 adrenergic receptor agonist that is cleared from the anterior segment of an individual's eye to which the material is administered. The alpha 2 adrenergic receptor agonist may have a vitreal half-life greater than about three hours. The present materials are effective in treating an ocular condition(s) that affect the anterior segment of an eye, or the anterior and posterior segment of the eye. The materials are suitable for intravitreal or periocular administration and can provide prolonged drug delivery and therapeutic benefits to patients to which the materials have been administered. The alpha 2 adrenergic receptor agonists can be provided in liquid-containing formulations and/or bioerodible and/or non-bioerodible polymeric implants and microparticles. Methods of making and using the present materials are also described.
Abstract:
A method for modeling a circuit design includes synthesizing the circuit design to create a first gate-level representation of the circuit design. The method also includes analyzing a second gate-level representation of the circuit design to learn architecture information, and resynthesizing the first gate-level representation of the circuit design to incorporate the learned architecture information from the second gate-level representation of the circuit design. A computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon computer instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to synthesize a circuit design to create a first gate-level representation of the circuit design. The computer instructions also cause the computer to analyze a second gate-level representation of the circuit design to learn architecture information, and resynthesize the first gate-level representation of the circuit design to incorporate the learned architecture information from the second gate-level representation of the circuit design.
