    Abstract: A multi-pump control system includes a control module, a processing module, a communication interface, and a storage module. The control module is configured to run a zero flow configuration cycle by either ramping up the speed of at least one pump in addition to a subset j of i pumps of a multi-pump system until the communication interface receives a signal change indicative of the at least one pump starting to contribute to the total flow, wherein the processing module is configured to determine an approximated pump characteristic or power consumption or ramping down the speed of at least one pump of a subset j of i pumps of a multi-pump system until the communication interface receives a signal change indicative of the at least one pump stopping to contribute to the total flow, wherein the processing module is configured to determine an approximated pump characteristic and/or power consumption.

    Abstract: A model formation module (25) is provided for creating a model for controlling a pressure regulating system (7) of a water supply network (5), wherein the water supply network (5) is equipped with one or more pressure sensors of which at least one remote pressure sensor (17a,b) is arranged remotely from the pressure regulating system (7), the model formation module (25) being configured to communicate with the at least one remote pressure sensor (17a,b). The model formation module (25) is configured to create said model without a measured, determined or estimated flow value on the basis of at least one remote pressure value determined by the at least one remote pressure sensor (17a,b) and on the basis of at least one load-dependent variable of the pressure regulating system (7), said model representing at least one pressure control curve for controlling the pressure regulating system (7).

    Abstract: A pump assembly (1) includes a pump unit (2), an electrical drive motor (203) for driving the pump unit (2), and a control unit (201) for controlling the drive motor (203). The control unit (201) includes a frequency converter (209), a voltage converter (207) and a controller (211). The voltage converter (207) is configured to provide an input voltage (Uin) to the frequency converter (209). The input voltage (Uin) is adjustable within a voltage range between a minimum input voltage (Umin) and a maximum input voltage (Umax). The controller (211) is configured to determine an actual power consumption of at least one of the drive motor (203), the frequency converter (209) and the voltage converter (207) during operation of the pump unit (2). The controller (211) is further configured to tune the input voltage (Uin) depending on the determined actual power consumption during operation of the pump unit (2).

The switch positions of the switching device (4) are reached depending on a stay duration of the pump assembly (2) in at least one of the two operating conditions.     Abstract: A heating apparatus includes two heating circuits (3, 4), one for room heating (3) and one for domestic water heating (4). A primary heat exchanger (1) is provided as well as at least one secondary heat exchanger (7), for the room heating as well as a secondary heat exchanger (9) for domestic water heating. A circulation pump (6) is provided as well as a switch-over valve (5) which hydraulically integrates the primary heat exchanger (1) into the first or into the second heating circuit (3, 4). The heating circuit (4) for the domestic water heating, on operation of the heating circuit (3) for room heating, is used as a bypass conduit for the primary heat exchanger (1), wherein the switch-over valve (5) forms the bypass valve or is used as a bypass valve.
