    摘要: An infusion apparatus for delivering beneficial agents, such as drugs to a patient at substantially a constant rate. The device uniquely includes a manifold system to which a plurality of elastomeric bladder type infusion devices are connected. Each infusion device includes an internally disposed functional substrate which carries the beneficial agent so that it can be mixed with the fluid as the fluid is being introduced into the device to distend the bladder to make it an energy source for controllably dispensing the solution mixture to the manifold system and thence to a patient.
