    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of receiving channel state information (CSI) and an access network device, so as to resolve a technical problem that timely scheduling cannot be implemented due to a relatively long time required for transmitting CSI in a D-RAN architecture. The method includes: receiving, by a first access network device, a notification message sent by a second access network device, where the notification message is used to indicate condition information based on which a terminal device camping on a first cell of the second access network device sends CSI; and receiving, by the first access network device, on a resource determined according to the condition information indicated by the notification message, the CSI sent by the terminal device.

The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to pilot signal transmission in a narrowband system.

    Abstract: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a signal transmission method and an apparatus. In the signal transmission method, user equipment receives, from a base station, first information in a physical downlink control channel, where the first information is used for determining precoding information of a sounding reference signal (SRS). The user equipment determines precoding information of the SRS based on the first information. The user equipment performs, based on the precoding information, precoding on the SRS to generate a precoded signal, and sends the precoded signal to the base station.
