Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of receiving channel state information (CSI) and an access network device, so as to resolve a technical problem that timely scheduling cannot be implemented due to a relatively long time required for transmitting CSI in a D-RAN architecture. The method includes: receiving, by a first access network device, a notification message sent by a second access network device, where the notification message is used to indicate condition information based on which a terminal device camping on a first cell of the second access network device sends CSI; and receiving, by the first access network device, on a resource determined according to the condition information indicated by the notification message, the CSI sent by the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for transmitting control information. Abstract: A method and apparatus relate to the communications system field, and can enlarge an uplink coverage range. The method includes: first, determining a PRB pair of which a quantity of subcarriers is less than 12, then, adding pilot signals to the PRB pair, and finally, sending the pilot signals carried in the PRB pair; or first, determining, from an uplink subframe and a special subframe that are of a TDD radio frame, a subframe for carrying a pilot signal, then, adding a pilot signal to the subframe for carrying a pilot signal, and adding a PUSCH to a special subframe of the TDD radio frame. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to pilot signal transmission in a narrowband system.

Abstract: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.
