    Abstract: The present invention discloses a bias compensation circuit. The bias compensation circuit includes a detecting circuit, including a diode-connected transistor circuit, with a first end for receiving a first current, and a second end coupled to a first reference voltage end; and a first diode circuit, with a first end for receiving a second current, and a second end coupled to the first reference voltage end; wherein the detecting circuit provides a first voltage level according to the diode-connected transistor circuit, and provides a second voltage level according to the first diode circuit; a voltage-current converting circuit, coupled to the detecting circuit, for generating a first reference current according to the first voltage level and the second voltage level; and a bias circuit, coupled to the voltage-current converting circuit, for receiving the first reference current, to provide a bias voltage level according to the first reference current.

    Abstract: An amplification device includes an amplification circuit, an inductor, a regulator, and a impedance circuit. The amplification circuit has an input terminal for receiving a radio frequency signal, and an output terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal. The inductor has a first terminal, and a second terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplification circuit. The regulator is coupled to the first terminal of the inductor and generates a steady voltage and/or a steady current. The impedance circuit has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplification circuit, and a second terminal coupled to a first system voltage terminal. The impedance circuit provides a low frequency impedance path to suppress a beat frequency signal in the amplified radio frequency signal.

    Abstract: An amplification circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a capacitor, a bias unit, an amplification unit, and an impedance unit.     Abstract: A power amplifier device includes a first amplifier, a second amplifier, a capacitor, a node, and an impedance matching circuit. The second amplifier amplifies a radio frequency signal transmitted from the first amplifier.     Abstract: An amplification circuit includes an input terminal for receiving a radio frequency input signal, an output terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal, a bias circuit for providing a bias voltage, an impedance circuit, a transistor, and a filter circuit. The impedance circuit is coupled to the bias circuit and the input terminal, and provides a voltage drop between the first terminal and the second terminal of the impedance circuit. The first transistor has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal, a second terminal coupled to a first reference voltage terminal, and a control terminal coupled to the impedance circuit and for receiving the radio frequency input signal. The filter circuit is coupled to the first transistor and the impedance circuit, filters out a harmonic signal, and provides a feedback signal including a primary frequency signal of the amplified radio frequency signal to the impedance circuit.
