摘要: A system, method and software arrangement are provided for generating press-formed parts having a more consistent quality based on improved determination of processing conditions. For example, an apparatus can be configured to compare actual performance values of material properties provided by a material property database with standard values, and to adjust forming conditions such as a forming speed and a blank -holder pressure in accordance with the compared result. A control arrangement can be provided to control a press-forming device using the adjusted forming conditions. Accordingly, it may be possible to reduce occurrences of defects such as cracks and wrinkles when press-forming materials, and to obtain products having consistent quality and substantially identical shapes.

摘要: A shifting device includes a housing, a shift lever, and a sensor unit. The shift lever is moved along frontward or rearward and leftward or rightward to select one of shift positions. The sensor unit is of a non-contact type and detects the selected shift position. The sensor unit includes a plurality of sensors and a magnet. The relative positions of the sensors and the magnet are variable. The sensor unit detects the selected shift position according to the relative positions. According to movement of the shift lever, at least one of the group of the sensors and the magnet is moved along a first movement axis and a second movement axis. The first and second movement axes extend in different directions.

摘要: The present invention is intended to provide a non-halogen flame-retardant polyester resin composition that has a high level of low warping properties and is capable of providing a molded product free from sticky residue in which the bleed-out of the flame retardant is suppressed even when the molded product is exposed to a high temperature environment. The flame-retardant polyester resin composition, having a high level of low warping properties and capable of providing a molded product free from sticky residue in which the bleed-out of the flame retardant is suppressed even when the molded product is exposed to a high temperature environment, can be obtained by incorporating an organic phosphorus-based flame retardant represented by the following general formula (1) and an amorphous resin at a specific ratio relative to a thermoplastic polyester resin. where n is an integer from 2 to 15.

摘要: An object of the invention is to display an image having the feeling close to that of a knitted fabric actually knitted with a fuzzy knitting yarn. At least part of knitting yarn image data (1) on a knitting yarn with much fuzz (2) is divided into certain lengths in a length direction in which the knitting yarn image data (1) extends, and is divided into a mesh (5) in an intermediate yarn main frame region and meshes (3, 4) in fuzz regions on both sides thereof in a width direction. Each of the meshes (3, 4, 5) is deformed in accordance with a stitch loop (6) constituting the knitted fabric to form deformed meshes (7, 8) in the fuzz regions and a deformed mesh (9) in the yarn main frame region. In this deformation, the ratio of the deformed meshes (7, 8) in the fuzz regions to the meshes (3, 4) in the fuzz regions is set smaller than the ratio of the deformed mesh (9) in the yarn main frame region to the mesh (5) in the yarn main frame region.
