    Abstract: The present invention relates mainly to a small dielectric antenna capable of obtaining a good VSWR characteristic even if it is placed in the vicinity of a grounding pattern when mounted on a circuit board. A dielectric antenna is formed in which a feed point of an antenna element 13 having a resonance frequency set to a first frequency in a first frequency band and a feed point of an antenna element 14 having a resonance frequency set to a second frequency are connected to an external feed terminal 12b, and an open stub 15 connected to the antenna element 14 in the vicinity of the feed point. The open stub 15 is provided to enable resonance at each of frequencies to be used while the lengths of the antenna elements 13 and 14 are shorter than ordinary lengths determined according to the wavelengths of the frequency to be used. Further, even in the case of placement in the vicinity of a grounding conductor pattern 3 at the time of mounting on a circuit board 1, the frequency bandwidth through which a good VSWR characteristic can be obtained in a used frequency band can be extended.

    Abstract: An evaporator which is small, light and whose activating time is short. The evaporator has an atomizer for atomizing a fluid being supplied into a conduit for the fluid to be heated in a plate type heat exchanger. To produce the evaporator, a metal plate is bent in a U shape, a heat exchanger module unit is produced by connecting a flow blocking member to one end of the U-shaped plate; a first interval maintaining member is attached to an outside surface of each of the plates; a second interval maintaining member is attached to an outside surface of each of the plates; and a plurality of said heat exchanger modules is arranged in a piled parallel relationship, with the first and second interval maintaining members maintaining a predetermined interval between the plates.

    Abstract: A multifrequency inverted F-type antenna which can receive muntifirequency band radio waves without the enlargement of its shape. A cut-out part (12b) is formed in an emission conductor (12) one end of which is connected to a short-circuit plate (13) planted in a ground conductor (11) and which has a feeding point (12a) to form on the emission conductor (12) a first emission conductor (12-1) and a second emission conductor (12-2) which resonate at respective frequency bands different from each other.     Abstract: A thermoelectric semiconductor material comprises Si crystal and crystal of metal silicide selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Cr, Mn and Ni. It is preferable that the metal silicide is .beta.-FeSi.sub.2. Moreover, the thermoelectric semiconductor material further contains at least one element selected from the group consisting of Vb, VIb, IIIb, VIII, VIIa and VIa in the atomic periodic table as an additive. This element can be used as a dopant. Furthermore, since both the phase of the Si crystal and the phase of the crystal of the metal silicide are changed to be an n-type or a p-type, a thermoelectric characteristics are improved.
