摘要: An electronic account recording device according to the present invention has number keys for effecting the input of a number, a switch key for selecting an item from a plurality of items, an amount key for recording an expense amount as inputted by the number keys, and a scan keys for calling back sequentially the expense amounts recorded by the number keys and the amount key. The device further has a display for displaying an item name and an expense amount during the input as effected by the number keys and the amount key, and also during the call back as effected by the scan key, and a memory for storing the item name and the expense amount in pairs sequentially in the input order. A controller is provided which operates in response to an actuation of the scan key, to call back the expense amounts chained by the item name. Thus, the expense amounts of one item are sequentially called back and displayed through the display one at a time and, thereafter, the expense amounts of another item are sequentially called back and displayed one at a time.

摘要: A portable electronic medium such as an IC card, for example. The IC card incorporates a data memory and CPU and is externally provided with a keyboard and a liquid crystal display. The data memory stores a variety of data which respectively indicates the maximum amount allowed for executing transactions in an effective term, the effective term for transactions, the maximum amount for transactions that can be renewed each effective term, and the effective term between renewals. In addition, the IC card also incorporates a clock circuit which generates data indicating present date. When the card holder enters into a transaction using the IC card, the CPU compares data related to the date with the effective term for transactions. If the CPU identifies from the result of comparison that the present date is out of the effective term for transactions, CPU then automatically renews the effective term for transactions and updates maximum amount allowed for transactions by applying data indicating the effective term applicable to renewal and maximum amount for transactions to be renewed.

摘要: An IC card, as a portable medium, has an oscillator for generating a low-frequency clock signal for time-piece. A display clock for display is provided for counting the clock signal. The time based on a count carried out by the display clock is displayed on the IC card a display section. In this case, the count of the display clock can be changed, as appropriate, by using keys on the keyboard provided on the IC card. The IC card also incorporates a transaction clock for counting the clock signal. The count carried out by this transaction clock is used to indicate the standard time. A count carried out by the transaction clock cannot be altered by use of the keys of the keyboard. The clock for time display may be the transaction clock allowing an access of the keyboard. The time for setting a term of validity and the key for encoding may be provided by the transaction clock rejecting an access by the keyboard and providing the time equal to that of other cards.

The system includes a computer configured to execute an application program that, when executed, is configured to: receive a user attribute; create an anonymous client reference (ACR) associated with the user attribute; and receive a biometric template. The enrolling system is further configured to create an association between the biometric template and the ACR, such that on dependence on the bound ACR and biometric template, subsequent single-factor authentication is enabled to control entry to the venue, concert, festival, or event in dependence on the created association.

摘要: Transaction cards, systems and methods for performing fraud detection at POS devices based on analysis of feature sets are disclosed. In one embodiment, an exemplary transaction card may comprise one or more sensors configured to collect pre-card-use sensor data regarding a user of the card, circuitry that assembles such data into feature sets and performs fraud detection, and data storage. According to some aspects, the fraud detection may include comparing user specific sensor data, collected for a current transaction, to a user-specific risk profile validation model to determine a risk score for the current transaction, and transmitting the risk score to a card transacting device when a card is presented during a transaction. In some implementations, the risk score may enable the card transacting device to evaluate a risk associated with accepting the transaction card to complete the attempted transaction.
