A tool for opening an extruded profiled body of a power cord assembly device includes at least one pair of guides and at least one support, the pair of guides and the support being arranged in a frame, wherein a first guide of the pair of guides is arranged and shaped to releasably connect to the an interconnection area of the profiled body, and wherein a second guide of the pair of guides is arranged and shaped to releasably connect to a second interconnection area of the profiled body, said support being provided with a support member adapted to bear against a portion of the first wall opposite to a slit in the profiled body, the distance of the pair of guides relative to the support being such that the slit is widened in the area of the elongation of the profiled body where the tool is applied, thereby allowing a fiber optic cable to be introduced into the chamber.
Abstract:
It is provided a power converter for transferring power between a high voltage DC connection and a high voltage AC connection. The power converter includes a power converter assembly including: a first converter arm, a first reactor, a second reactor and a second converter arm, connected serially between the positive and negative terminals of the DC connection. The high voltage AC connection is provided between the first reactor and the second reactor. Each one of the converter arms includes a plurality of converter cells and each one of the converter cells includes a switching element and an energy storage element. Both the first reactor and the second reactor are oil filled reactors.
Abstract:
A terminal bushing sealing element is adapted to be fitted between a terminal bushing and a barrier element. The sealing element is elastic, has an annular shape, and includes a wall with an inner surface and an outer surface. A first opening is provided at a first end of the sealing element and a second opening is provided at a second end of the sealing element, which is opposite to the first end and the wall extends between the first end and the second end. The wall includes a first wall portion that is inclined such that a diameter of the sealing element increases from the first end in the direction towards the second end. The sealing element provides for improved sound attenuation while maintaining a long creepage distance and may be used in sound attenuation casings that are included in power capacitor arrangements.
Abstract:
A subsea unit includes a housing containing a dielectric liquid, a first heat generating component and a second heat generating component. The first heat generating component is arranged in thermal connection with the housing and the second heat generating component is arranged at a distance from the housing. A method of cooling heat generating components contained in a housing of a subsea unit is also presented.

It is provided a mechanical bypass switch device arranged to bypass a converter cell in a power converter. The mechanical bypass switch device includes: a mechanical switch; a mechanical switch actuator arranged to make the mechanical switch conduct when supplied with an electric signal; a first control input; and a second control input. The mechanical bypass switch device is arranged such that a control signal, provided on either one of the first control input and the second control input or on both of the first control input and the second control input, causes the mechanical switch to conduct. A corresponding converter arm and bypass converter are also presented.
