The method includes starting performing a handover (HO) with a target Primary Secondary Cell (PSCell) in response to receiving an HO command instructing the HO with the target PSCell, wherein the HO with the target PSCell comprises target PSCell addition/change, and performing the target PSCell addition/change in response to receiving a trigger message from a target Primary Cell (PCell) or sending a trigger message to the target PCell, wherein the trigger message is a message transmitted between the UE and the target PCell during the HO with the target PSCell.

Abstract: The present application relates to devices and components including apparatus, systems, and methods to perform measurements on reference signals based on measurement gaps. In an example, a device supports a frequency range that includes frequencies equal to or larger than 52.6 GHz. Measurement gap capability information is used to indicate and/or determine whether a measurement gap is supported for this frequency range. If so, measurement gap configuration can be defined and can include a measurement gap length and/or a measurement gap repetition period defined based on the frequencies being equal to or larger than 52.6 GHz.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for PDCCH enhancements for group-based paging indications. A user equipment device may be configured to receive, from a network, an indication of a paging occasion via a PG-RNTI and/or via at least 6 bits of a DCI. A value of the PG-RNTI may be associated with the paging occasion as well as a set of UEs, including the UE. The UE may be configured to monitor the paging occasion based on the value of the PG-RNTI and receive, during the paging occasion, a paging indication via at least six bits of a DCI, where each bit of the at least six bits may indicate a paging indication for a particular set of UEs and the particular set of UEs may be a subset of the set of UEs. The UE may also be configured to, in response to determining that the UE has a paging message, decode a corresponding PDSCH.

Abstract: Some embodiments include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for enhanced Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ)-ACK in a fifth generation (5G) wireless communications system. A user equipment (UE) can receive, during a HARQ-ACK window, a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) transmission or a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) transmission corresponding to a SPS PDSCH release. The UE can generate a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ)-ACK information bit corresponding to the reception. The UE can be configured with an offset value, k, and a length, l, of the HARQ-ACK window associated with an uplink transmission slot n, of a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) transmission, and determine a starting slot of the HARQ-ACK window as n-k. When a corresponding valid uplink transmission slot is not available, the UE can transmit the HARQ-ACK information bit in the uplink transmission slot n of the PUCCH transmission.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of a device that switches bandwidth parts for a user equipment device and a base station is described. In an exemplary embodiment, the device receives an indication to switch to the bandwidth part for the user equipment on the wireless link from the base station. In addition, the device switches to the new bandwidth part for the user equipment. The device further signals that the switching to the new bandwidth part has occurred in a time period smaller than a predefined time period. The deice additionally communicates information on the wireless link using the new bandwidth part.

The UE receives a second RRC message indicating a change from the first SCell BWP to a second SCell BWP to be used for SCell communications. The UE communicates a second message with the SCell via the second SCell BWP.
