Abstract: Methods and devices for a base station acting as a primary cell to perform dual spectrum sharing (DSS) with a first user equipment device (UE) over a 5G NR connection and a second UE over an LTE connection. The first UE establishes the 5G NR connection with the primary cell and one or more secondary cells. One of the secondary cells is configured in the 5G NR connection to provide downlink control information to the UE for the primary cell, to avoid collisions by the primary cell with LTE control transmissions.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for CCA power signaling during COT sharing. A UE may report a maximum EIRP for COT sharing as a UE capability, e.g., for a frequency range between 52.6 and 71 gigahertz. The UE may receive a Pout value for CCA based on the UE capability and may report an actual EIRP used for CCA to acquire the COT. For configured grant COT sharing, the UE may perform a directional LBT with a specific EIRP and beam detection for a transmission burst and report a Pout value for COT sharing based on the directional LBT, e.g., via a configured grant uplink control indication. For dynamic grant COT sharing, the UE may detect that an EIRP exceeds a threshold and report a Pout value for COT sharing via a medium access control (MAC) control element. The threshold may be based on a closed loop power control setting.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus provide for a wireless network to enable multiple-transmission reception point (multi-TRP) uplink (UL) time division multiplexed (TDMed) repetition transmission. The network may receive, from a user equipment (UE), beam measurements of downlink reference signals associated with a plurality of UL transmission beams from the UE to the multi-TRP. Based on criteria associated with the beam measurements received from the UE, the network enables the UE for the multi-TRP UL TDMed repetition transmission using the plurality of UL transmission beams. In addition, or in other scenarios, coordination is provided between the network and the UE to improve UL TDMed repetition transmissions when a UE switches between antenna panels.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include solutions for beam management in sidelink (SL) communications. In some aspects, user equipments (UEs) operating in SL are configured with a SL beam management resource pool by a base station. The SL beam management resource pool may be used to send a beam management message, such as a beam acquisition message, a beam failure recovery message, a beam maintenance message, etc. In some aspects, a resource in the SL beam management resource pool used to transmit the beam management message is selected based on an optimal beam determined by the UE. Abstract: Techniques described herein can facilitate Channel-State Information (CSI) measurement and feedback for communication in unlicensed spectrum or Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) transmission and/or channel-state estimation for communication in unlicensed spectrum. In an example, an apparatus is configured to be employed in a User Equipment (UE), and the apparatus comprises a Radio Frequency (RF) circuitry interface and processing circuitry configured to perform CSI measurement for communication in unlicensed spectrum. The apparatus further generates data for feedback according to the CSI measurement, and sends the data for feedback to RF circuitry via the RF circuitry interface. In an example, a frame structure of a data channel begins with a downlink (DL) transmission or soon after an initial signal. In an example, the CSI measurement includes measuring Channel Quality Information (CQI) for one or more sub-bands.

Abstract: A cellular base station (BS) which determines an aperiodic sounding reference signal (SRS) triggering offset configuration specifying an offset between an aperiodic SRS trigger received by a user equipment (UE) and transmission of the SRS by the UE. The cellular base station may determine that the SRS triggering offset should be adjusted. In response, the cellular base station may transmit signaling to the UE specifying a new value for the aperiodic SRS triggering offset. The new SRS triggering offset value may be partly based on a minimum timing offset for the UE and may be contained in a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) or in downlink control information (DCI). Additionally, the new triggering offset value may be applicable for a plurality of component carriers or bandwidth parts. The cellular base station may also determine a new triggering offset value due to conflicts regarding the AP-SRS transmission.
