Abstract:
One disclosure of the present specification provides a method in which a terminal receives a sidelink synchronization signal (SLSS) from a neighboring terminal. The method includes: determining by the terminal a period and the number of times of transmitting the SLSSs; and transmitting by the terminal the SLSS during a first time duration defined on the basis of the period and the number of times. The transmitting of the SLSS may include detecting by the terminal an SLSS transmitted by the neighboring terminal in a second time duration within the first time duration. The terminal may discard transmission of an SLSS corresponding to the second time duration within the first time duration. The second time duration may be included in the first time duration, and the second time duration is less than or equal to 40% of the first time duration.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for performing network assisted interference cancellation and suppression (NAICS) in user equipment (UE) in which a carrier aggregation (CA) is set. The method can comprise the steps of: receiving a UE capability request message; and transmitting UE capability information by responding to the UE capability request message. The UE capability information can include information related to an NAICS operation in a situation in which a CA is set. The method can comprise a step of receiving interference cancellation support information from a base station. The interference cancellation support information can include information on neighboring cells identified by respectively operating in one or more carriers which are selected by the base station on the basis of the transmitted UE capability information. The method can comprise a step of cancelling the interference received from the neighboring cells, on the basis of the information on the neighboring cells within the interference cancellation support information.

One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for receiving interference cancellation. The method for receiving interference cancellation can comprise: a step for cancelling, in signals received from a serving cell, cell-specific reference signals (CRS) from the serving cell, the CRS from a first primary interference cell, and the CRS from a second primary interference cell; a step for comparing the signal size of the serving cell, the signal size of the first primary interference cell, and the signal size of the second primary interference cell; a step for determining whether the CRS of the serving cell conflicts with the CRS of the first primary interference cell or the CRS of the second primary interference cell; and a step for canceling, when it is determined that the CRS' conflict with one other, data signals from the first primary interference cell and data signals from the second primary interference cell in the signals where the CRS are cancelled in the order determined according to the size comparison of signals.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present specification provides a method by which a user equipment (UE) reports channel quality. According to the method, the UE can receive a channel state information-interference measurement (CSI-IM) configuration of first and second transmission points (TPs). Here, the CSI-IM configuration includes at least three configurations for the CSI-IM, and the at least three configurations for CSI-IM can include a first CSI-IM configuration for measuring interference to the first TP caused by the second TP, a second CSI-IM configuration for measuring interference to the second TP caused by the first TP, and a third CSI-IM configuration for measuring interference from other interference sources. Therefore, according to the channel quality reporting method, the UE can feed a channel quality indicator (CQI) measured using the first CSI-IM configuration and a CQI measured using the third CSI-IM configuration back to the first TP.
Abstract:
With increasing user requirements for social networking services (SNS), communication between user equipments (UEs) at a physically close distance, i.e., device to device (D2D) communication, is needed. D2D communication is performed on the basis of the discovery between UEs. However, D2D communication between UEs may cause interference to communication with an existing system, i.e., a base station. Thus, one aspect of the present invention provides a user equipment comprising a transceiver capable of removing self-interference.
Abstract:
A method for limiting a spurious emission, and a user equipment (UE) thereof are discussed. The method according to one embodiment includes configuring a radio frequency (RF) unit of the UE to use a band 1; if the RF unit is configured to use the band 1, controlling the RF unit of the UK to limit a maximum level of spurious emission to −50 dBm for protecting another UE using a band 5; and transmitting an uplink signal through the configured RF unit. The band 1 includes an uplink operating band of 1920-1980 MHz and a downlink operating band of 2110-2170 MHz. The band 5 includes an uplink operating band of 824-849 MHz and a downlink operating band of 869-894 MHz.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for measuring a location of a user equipment in a wireless access system for supporting carrier aggregation/multiple cells and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of: enabling the user equipment to receive information on Positioning Reference Signal (PRS) transmission bandwidths of a reference cell and a neighboring cell, enabling the user equipment to reconfigure an operating channel bandwidth of a Radio Frequency (RF) unit when one of the PRS transmission bandwidth of the reference cell and the PRS transmission bandwidth of the neighboring cell belongs to an inactive secondary cell, enabling the user equipment to receive the PRS from the reference cell and the neighboring cell, and enabling the user equipment to measure a Reference Signal Time Difference (RSTD) by using the PRS of the reference cell and the PRS of the neighboring cell.
