摘要： An electron beam measuring apparatus for measuring size of pattern on surface of a specimen comprising, an electron gun, an electron lens for focusing the electron beam from the electron gun on the specimen surface, a deflector for deflecting the electron beam, a spot control means for forming a flat edge portion in the electron beam spot, a rotation coil for rotating the electron beam so that the flat portion of the electron beam spot becomes to be perpendicular to the scanning direction of the electron beam, a detecting means for detecting secondary electrons reflected from the specimen surface, and a computer for calculating the size of the pattern based on the secondary electrons from the detecting means. As the flat portion of the electron beam spot is perpendicular to the scanning direction, the size of pattern is measured with high accuracy.

When it is confirmed that a field of view in the blood vessel can be assured in accordance with a detection result of the red-only detector, the image recording unit is turned on. When the field of view cannot be assured, the image recording unit is turned off.

摘要： Herein disclosed is a heat resisting electrical connector assembly which has a heat resisting metallic locking clip. The locking clip is detachably fixed to a female part of the connector assembly and comprises a first portion lockably fixed to the female part, a second portion having a locking opening formed therein and a third portion having a free end, the third portion being resiliently moved together with the free end thereof toward the first portion when pressed toward the first portion. A male part of the connector assembly is formed with a projection with which the locking opening of the clip is engaged upon final coupling of the male and female parts. A fulcrum structure is formed on the female part to support partially the third portion of the clip in such a manner that when the third portion is pressed toward the first portion, the second portion is raised away from the first portion thereby disengaging the locking opening of the clip from the projection.

摘要： An electron gun for a television camera tube comprises a cathode for emission of electrons, a first grid disposed subsequently to the cathode and having a first aperture supplied with a positive voltage relative to the cathode, a second grid disposed subsequently to the first grid and having a second aperture supplied with a higher positive voltage than that supplied to the first grid, and an intermediate grid interposed between the first and second grids and having a hole. The intermediate grid forms a divergent electron lens near the first aperture between the first and second grids. An electron beam having passed through the first aperture is once diverged by the divergent electron lens to form a crossover at an axial position of the gun which is remote from the first grid and at which the potential on the beam axis is high, whereby broadening of the width of the velocity distribution of extracted electrons can be suppressed to a minimum and the amount of beam current passing through the second aperture can be increased.

摘要： A standing wave attenuation device is installed in a cabin of a vehicle so as to reduce a standing wave caused by external noise such as road noise. The standing wave attenuation device provides a closed loop including a feedback comb filter with a feedback loop, a microphone, a speaker, and a delay element. The delay element adjusts the phase of the output signal of the feedback comb filter such that the time needed for one-time circulation of a signal through the feedback loop matches a half period of the standing wave. An original sound including the standing wave is picked up by the microphone and subjected to processing so that the speaker produces a sound wave with the inverse phase against the phase of a sound wave constituting the standing wave, so that the standing wave is canceled out by the sound wave emitted from the speaker.
