Abstract:
A cleaning device includes a handle having a longitudinal axis, a cleaning element movably coupled to the handle, and a flexible conduit fluidly connectable to the cleaning element. The flexible conduit is positionable within an interior of the handle. The cleaning element is movable relative to the handle about a first axis and a second axis when the flexible conduit is fluidly coupled to the cleaning element. The first axis and the second axis are arranged at an angle relative to the longitudinal axis.
Abstract:
A scraping cleaner can include a bottle, a sprayer mechanism, and at least one scraping edge. The bottle can have a body portion extending along a vertical axis from a base that is substantially flat to a top that defines a connecting portion. The body portion can be configured to receive and retain a liquid cleaning solution in a cavity. The sprayer mechanism can include a pump assembly. The pump assembly can have a pump and a lever. The lever can be pivotally engaged with the pump such that pivoting movement of the lever induces the pump to draw the liquid cleaning solution from the cavity. The scraping edge is integral with the body portion and is positioned at the base. The at least one scraping edge extends along a path in a plane that is transverse to the vertical axis.
Abstract:
A powered, spray cleaning device that can be operated in an inverted orientation is provided. The cleaning device includes a cleaning head and an elongated handle configured to be grasped by a user. A container of cleaning solution is removably received by the handle, and when received by the handle, fluid from the container fills a fluid accumulator. Fluid in the fluid accumulator is prevented from flowing back into the container when the device is inverted, thus allowing the device to spray fluid when inverted.
Abstract:
A system for delivering purified water is disclosed, comprising a pressure vessel with a first end and a second end, each end adapted to receive a single use water treatment cartridge, and first and second single use water treatment cartridges. The pressure vessel has a first cartridge adaptor at the first end, and a second cartridge adapter at the second end; a first quick connect coupling between the first cartridge and the first cartridge adaptor, and a second quick connect coupling between the second cartridge and the second cartridge adaptor. Methods of fabricating single use water treatment cartridges and using said cartridges to clean glass surfaces are disclosed.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a scraper, including a device for projecting-onto a surface through an opening, and a scraping body with a resilient scraping element including a ridge capable of scraping a smooth surface. The body includes, towards a surface of the scraping element, a device for collecting liquid on a substrate absorbing residual liquid connected to a conduit. The device for collecting has an end surface-capable of entering into contact with said surface. The invention also relates to a household appliance incorporating such a scraper.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vacuum suction and cleaning apparatus comprising a nozzle (38), ventilation means (40), a clean water tank (20), an air-water separator (50), a recovery tank (4) for soiled liquid and/or dirt, a handle (5) for manipulation with one hand, a heating means (19) using a ceramic for electrical and thermal insulation. It is wherein the separator (50) comprises a brush (2) driven in rotation, that prolongs the ventilation means (40), rotating with a turbine (11) or nozzle (51) serving as support, and that the apparatus (100) comprises an air evacuation hose (6) incorporated in the handle (5) prolonging a by-pass, and that the recovery tank (4) is located under the separator (50).
Abstract:
A window-screen-cleaning fabric comprises a base cloth and a plurality of fibers comprising (A) a crimped fiber and (B) a flat fiber. In the fabric, the crimped fibers and the flat fibers are raised from a first surface of the base cloth, and the height of the flat fibers from the first surface of the base cloth is greater than that of the crimped fibers from the first surface of the base cloth.
Abstract:
An atomizer having an auxiliary dispenser is provided. The atomizer is coupled to a container filled with a liquid. The auxiliary dispenser is designed according to a preferred dispensing manner of the liquid so that the liquid is more efficiently appropriately dispensed. The auxiliary dispenser includes a connecting member disposed on an atomizer body, and a dispensing unit having a coupling portion for coupling with the connecting member. The liquid is released from the connecting member. The dispensing unit receives and further dispenses the liquid.A manufacturing method of the atomizer is further provided. A second outlet is disposed on the atomizer body, and the connecting member is configured at the second outlet. A series of different dispensing units are manufactured according to the types and preferred dispensing manners of different liquids, and each dispensing unit includes a coupling portion for coupling to the connecting member.
Abstract:
A device for treating a target surface, such as occurs when cleaning a window. The device has a squeegee blade or other member to apply pressure to the target surface. A sheet movably covers the blade, to present a fresh covering to the target surface with each use. The fresh surface provides for improved removal of the liquid from, or improved treatment of the liquid on, the target surface. Additionally a sheet may comprise a prewetted substrate to apply the liquid to the target surface. One or both of the sheets may be disposed in a cartridge insertable to and removable from the device.
