A device for internal cooling and pressurization of rotary engine, comprising: a mechanical charger, a charger outlet tube, a core cooling intake tube, an engine air intake tube, a first valve, a second valve, and a third valve. The mechanical charger is mounted in a ventilated place. The charger outlet tube is used to dispense air, and the charger outlet tube has two sides, with one side coupled to the mechanical charger. The core cooling intake tube is connected to another side of the charger outlet tube, and is used to dispense air. The engine air intake tube is connected to another side of the charger outlet tube. The device for cooling and pressurization of rotary engine is capable of achieving improved cooling and performance of rotary engine, through switching a plurality of valves, in automatic control manner and/or in remote control manner.
Abstract:
A rotational extrusion molding die and a slender metal workpiece made with same are introduced. The rotational extrusion molding die includes a female mold device, a male mold device, and a rotation driving device. The female mold device is symmetric about an axis to define a cavity corresponding in shape to the slender metal workpiece. The male mold device is movable controllably along the axis relative to the female mold device, allowing the metal blank to pass through the cavity and thereby turn into the slender metal workpiece. The rotation driving device drives the female mold device to rotate about the axis relative to the male mold device. The slender metal workpiece thus manufactured has continuous metal flow lines which extend continually along the axis and along an arc defined by the axis, thereby improving the slender metal workpiece in mechanical properties, mechanical strength, and damping capacity.

A nocturnal vehicle counting method based on a mixed particle filter is introduced in that, in a nocturnal environment, a rear lamp of a vehicle is the most remarkable feature of the vehicle and forms a high-brightness region of an image of the vehicle. The method involves detecting the high-brightness region of an image of the vehicle to thereby detect the rear lamp of the vehicle. The method further involves operating a particle filter structure which, coupled with the detection of a moving high-brightness region, can detect and track the rear lamp of the vehicle simultaneously, thereby enhancing competitiveness and incurring low costs.
Abstract:
A micro jet gas film generation apparatus aims to eject a gas to a work object which is desired for cooling or insulating from heat. The micro jet gas film generation apparatus has a spout formed at a diameter of 5-100 μm to generate a gas film on the work object. As the diameter of the spout of the micro jet gas film generation apparatus is small, the micro jet gas film generated from the spout cannot produce a large eddy due to the lack of sufficient energy, hence can maintain a thin film after a long distance ejection to improve cooling and heat insulation performance. Moreover, due to the small diameter of the spout, it also consumes less gas and can reduce the amount of gas required.

A process for preparing a phase change microcapsule having a thermally conductive shell is introduced. The thermal conductivity of the encapsulation materials for the phase change microcapsules is increased by adding thermally conductive nano-materials. The vinylsilane compound is polymerized with the acrylic monomer to form the copolymer first, and then the thermally conductive inorganic material is added. Thereafter, the phase change microcapsule having the phase change material as the core and the thermally conductive material-containing copolymer as the shell is prepared. The polar functional groups on the surface of the thermally conductive inorganic material condense with the vinylsilane compound to form chemical bonding, thereby substantially increasing the compatibility between the thermally conductive inorganic material and the copolymer. Therefore, the thermally conductive material can be dispersed stably during the encapsulation of the microcapsules, and the phase change microcapsule having the thermally conductive shell can be obtained successfully.

A combustion furnace includes an inner shell, an outer shell, a gas inlet piping and a flame inhibiting cover. The inner shell defines a receiving cavity therein. The inner shell defines a plurality of first gas holes around the periphery of a top portion thereof. The inner shell defines a gas inlet hole at a bottom thereof. The outer shell encloses the inner shell such that a gas flowing space is defined between the inner shell and the outer shell. The gas inlet piping has an opening formed at one end thereof, and the gas inlet piping communicates with the gas flowing space. The flame inhibiting cover is atop the outer shell and the inner shell, and a lower flange of the flame inhibiting cover is below the first gas holes.

A grid system conducive to enhancement of power supply performance comprises a plurality of signal regulation devices are jointly connected to a load; the signal regulation devices are each connected to a DC/DC conversion circuit and a DC/AC changing circuit through a power modulation module; an input end of the DC/DC conversion circuit receives a power signal provided by a renewable power module, and then the power modulation module performs loop control on the DC/DC conversion circuit and the DC/AC changing circuit in accordance with the power signal, the load, and/or a power state of utility electricity, such that output power of the grid system maintains high stability and low distortion and attains a satisfactory power adjustment rate at a low cost so as to make good use of all power resources and thus enhance the efficiency of overall power utilization of the grid system.

A bismuth ferrite thin-film solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same control the quantity of Fe2+ defected in the bismuth ferrite thin-film by doping with zinc. Reduction of the quantity of Fe2+ defects in the bismuth ferrite thin-film is conducive to the increase of closed-circuit current density and enhancement of photoelectric conversion efficiency.

A method and apparatus of detecting the states of a battery involve passing test-oriented charging and discharging pulse pair to a battery under test, and retrieving parameters of the battery, such as voltage, current, and temperature, which respond to the charging and discharging pulse pair, so as to estimate the battery states. The battery states include information pertaining to open-circuit voltage, internal resistance, capacitance, state of charge, and state of health of the battery. The battery state-related information is conducive to quick battery state detection and grading.

A measurement and operation auxiliary device, for supporting a length measurement tool disposed on an object under test, especially when measuring dimensions of a large object under test with a large length measurement tool, includes a fastening element, a connection shaft, and a support unit. The fastening element is unfastenably coupled to the object under test. The connection shaft is disposed on the fastening element. The support unit has a receiving chamber and a through hole. The connection shaft is penetratingly disposed in the through hole to allow the support unit to be rotatably coupled to the fastening element. The receiving chamber receives the length measurement tool. With the measurement and operation auxiliary device, the bulky length measurement tool can be fixed to a location suitable for measuring the dimensions of the large object under test without another co-worker and in a convenient, labor-saving manner.
