    摘要: An voltage detection device includes a comparator circuit comprising a first input terminal connected to a system power supply, a second input terminal connected to a standby power supply, an output terminal capable of outputting a control voltage according to comparison result; an indicator circuit; and a switch circuit connected between the standby power supply and the indicator circuit, comprising a control terminal to receive the control voltage from the comparator circuit thereby to control the standby power supply supplied to the indicator circuit or not; a power state terminal of the computer connected to a node between the standby power supply and the indicator circuit, wherein the power state terminal is at a low level when the computer is turned off. The voltage detection device can ensure that all the power supplies provide power to the computer components normally.

    摘要: Novel two-phase yellow phosphors are disclosed having a peak emission intensity at wavelengths ranging from about 555 nm to about 580 nm when excited by a radiation source having a wavelength ranging from 220 nm to 530 nm. The present phosphors may be represented by the formula a[Srx(M1)1-x]zSiO4.(1-a)[Sry(M2)1-y]uSiO5:Eu2+D, wherein M1 and M2 are at least one of a divalent metal such as Ba, Mg, Ca, and Zn, the values of a, x, y, z and u follow the following relationships: 0.6≦a≦0.85; 0.3≦x≦0.6; 0.85≦y≦1; 1.5≦z≦2.5; 2.6≦u≦3.3; and Eu and D each range from 0.001 to about 0.5. D is an anion selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, S, and N, and at least some of the D anion replaces oxygen in the host silicate lattice of the phosphor. The present yellow phosphors have applications in high brightness white LED illumination systems, LCD display panels, plasma display panels, and yellow LEDs and illumination systems.

    摘要: An XML schema is compiled into an annotated automaton encoding, which includes a parsing table for structural information and annotation for type information. The representation is extended to include a mapping from schema types to states in a parsing table. To validate a fragment against a schema type, it is necessary simply to determine the state corresponding to the schema type, and start the validation process from that state. When the process returns to the state, fragment validation has reached successful completion. This approach is more efficient than a general tree representation. Only the data representation of the schema information is handled, making it much easier than manipulating validation parser code generated by a parser generator. In addition, only one representation is needed for schema information for both document and fragment validation. This approach also provides a basis for incremental validation after update.

    摘要: Novel phosphor systems for a white LED are disclosed. The phosphor systems are excited by a non-visible to near-UV radiation source having an excitation wavelength ranging from about 250 to 420 nm. The phosphor system may comprise one phosphor, two phosphors, and may include optionally a third and even a fourth phosphor. In one embodiment of the present invention, the phosphor is a two phosphor system having a blue phosphor and a yellow phosphor, wherein the long wavelength end of the blue phosphor is substantially the same wavelength as the short wavelength end of the yellow phosphor. Alternatively, there may be a wavelength gap between the yellow and blue phosphors. The yellow phosphor may be phosphate or silicate-based, and the blue phosphor may be silicate or aluminate-based. Single phosphor systems excited by non-visible radiation are also disclosed. In other embodiments of present invention, a single phosphor is used to produce white light illumination, the single phosphor having a broad emission spectrum with a peak intensity ranging from about 520 to 560 nm.

    摘要: A CPU power control circuit includes a temperature detection circuit, a power supply circuit and a discharge circuit. The power supply circuit is connected to the temperature detection circuit, a CPU and the discharge circuit. The discharge circuit is connected to the temperature detection circuit and the CPU. The temperature detection circuit is connected to the CPU for detecting the temperature of the CPU. When the temperature of the CPU exceeds a predetermined range, the temperature detection circuit outputs a high temperature signal. The power supply circuit receives the high temperature signal, and stops working. The discharge circuit receives the high temperature signal, and discharges the power supply circuit so as to stop supplying power to the CPU.
