Abstract: The present application belongs to the field of display technology, more particularly, relates to a display component and a display device. The display component comprises a display panel having a plurality of pixel structures. A packaging film is provided above the display panel. In each of the pixel structures, a control element and a photosensitive element connected with the control element are provided above the packaging film. The photosensitive element performs fingerprint identification according to received reflection light reflected by a finger after being emitted by the display panel. The display component implements optical fingerprint identification based on the display panel. By providing the photosensitive elements and respective control elements above the packaging film, accurate fingerprint identification is implemented.

The touch panel includes first and second substrates disposed facing to each other, a plurality of touch control units disposed on surface of first substrate facing second substrate, and a plurality of read lines and a plurality of control lines; each touch control unit includes first and second patches disposed, side by side, facing to second substrate, and pressure conductive pillar between first patch and second substrate; pressure conductive pillar is configured to transfer a pressure, which occurs when touch control unit receives press, to first patch of touch control unit; each touch control unit is configured to be turned on by control signal inputted through corresponding control line, and read out, through corresponding read line, pressure signal for first and second patches so as to determine position of touch point at which a press occurs.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate, a transistor and a photosensitive element above the substrate. The transistor comprises a gate and is used for controlling display of pixels. The photosensitive element comprises a light-transmissive electrode and a photosensitive layer, the light-transmissive electrode being used for allowing sensitive light rays reflected by a surface of a fingerprint pressed thereon to pass through and impinge on the photosensitive layer, and the light-transmissive electrode being connected to the gate. By connecting the light-transmissive electrode to the gate, the array substrate achieves synchronization of image display and fingerprint identification without individually providing a scan function for fingerprint identification, which greatly facilitates the actual applications requiring synchronization of image display and fingerprint identification.

The pressure sensors and the touch sensing electrodes are positioned at the light emission side of the substrate. The pressure sensor includes a first pressure electrode and a second pressure electrode. The first pressure electrode is formed on the display panel. The second pressure electrode and the touch sensing electrode jointly form a touch circuit, and the second pressure electrode is used as a drive electrode of the touch circuit.
