    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: receiving first DCI from a network device; and determining, based on the first DCI, that first data scheduled by the first DCI includes a first SIB 1, where the first SIB 1 includes information related to network access in a first operation mode. The first DCI includes first indication information, and the first indication information indicates that the first data includes the first SIB 1. Alternatively, one or more of the following information associated with the first DCI is different from that associated with second DCI: scrambling information, DCI format information, time domain or frequency domain resource information, the second DCI is used to schedule a second SIB 1, and the second SIB 1 includes information related to network access in a second operation mode.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and discloses a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives an identifier of a filtering protocol version from an access network device, and then sends first capability information of the terminal device to the access network device based on the filtering protocol version. In this method, the terminal device may report capability information based on the filtering protocol version sent by the access network device. Compared with a manner in which the terminal device directly reports the capability information, this method can effectively reduce a communication problem caused by mismatch between a protocol version supported by the terminal device and a protocol version supported by the access network device and/or a protocol version supported by a core network device.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of mobile communications, and in particular, to technologies of obtaining channel state information in a wireless communications system. In a channel information obtaining method, a base station obtains channel state matrix information of some channels based on uplink reference information sent by a terminal and partial channel state information of channels between the base station and the terminal, to obtain channel state matrix information of the channels between the base station and the terminal. Base on this method, relatively complete channel state matrix information of the channels between the base station and the terminal can be obtained. This helps the base station select an appropriate parameter to transmit data to the terminal without causing an additional delay, performance loss, or cost increase, or consuming more time-frequency resources used for the uplink reference signal.

    Abstract: A method and device for transmitting a service are disclosed. A terminal device receives position information of specific radio frames in a time unit, and position information of a specific subframe in each of the specific radio frames in the time unit from a base station. Every 2m radio frames in the time unit include one specific radio frame, the position information of the specific radio frames in the time unit comprises a value of a period of the specific radio frames in the time unit, and a length of the period is 2m radio frames, where m is a nonnegative integer. The terminal device receives the service carried in the specific subframe in one or more of the specific radio frames from the base station in accordance with the position information of the specific radio frames and the position information of the specific subframe.
