Abstract: A track door system for an aircraft includes a door having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. A first roller track and a second roller track are aligned adjacent one another on the first side of the door. A third roller track and a fourth roller track are aligned adjacent one another on the second side of the door. A first motion driver is configured to move the door along the first roller track and the second roller track. A second motion driver is configured to move the door along the third roller track and the fourth roller track. A drive unit is operatively coupled to the first motion driver and the second motion driver to provide electromechanical power for cooperatively moving the door forward to an open position or aft to a closed position.

Abstract: An open roof construction for a vehicle comprises a panel for opening and closing an opening in the fixed roof of the vehicle by means of at least one lever assembly connected to the panel. A stationary frame is fitted in the opening of the fixed roof. A drive motor is placed in the vicinity of the rear edge of the opening and in the vicinity of a longitudinal center line of the opening. The drive motor comprises an output shaft having a center axis which is perpendicular to a center axis of a rotor shaft of the drive motor. The drive motor is connected to a motor support which is attached to the frame by means of vibration dampers. The motor support supports a separate gearbox which is capable of transferring the driving torque from the drive motor to the at least one lever assembly connected to the panel.

The controller may be in operable communication with the door opener and configured to direct an opener operation. The opener operation may include directing the push rod to a retracted position, detecting the door in the closed position following directing the push rod to the retracted position, directing the push rod forward from the retracted position following detecting the door in the closed position, monitoring sensor output at the rod-load sensor while directing the push rod forward, detecting contact with the door while monitoring sensor output, and halting the push rod at a partially extended position in response to detecting contact.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sectional lifting door system. When the system is in normal operation, a door operator drives a cable drum to wind or unwind a cable for lifting or lowering slats. During a process of lowering the slats, if the slats is stopped or slowed unexpectedly (e.g. the slats hit an obstacle below), the door operator is disconnected from a shaft automatically. At this time, even if the door operator is still activated, the shaft does not rotate, the cable drum does not unwind the cable so that a certain tension force can be maintained on the cable and that the cable is prevented from loosening from the drum, thereby preventing the slats from falling off. Also, it can avoid the situation that the weight of the slats is completely applied to the obstacle because the cable drum continuously unwinds the cable.

Abstract: A heavy duty full energy, encoder driven non-handed electric door operator for industrial and commercial use a motor and an encoder configured to receive an external set of predetermined instructions. A motor mounting bracket connects the motor to a multi-layer housing. A controller is in electronic communications with the encoder and transmits external sets of predetermined instructions. Internally, the door operator contains a plurality of transfer shaft assemblies in communication with each other and connected with the motor at one end and an output shaft at the other end. The output shaft terminates at each end in a nondetachable spline. A detachable mounting plate serves as a base. The door operator operates heavy swing doors external to a building where the swing doors are required to be open or remain open in strong wind conditions.
