    Abstract: The present application relates to wireless devices, and more particularly to apparatus, systems, and methods for radio link monitoring beam management in 5G-New Radio (NR) for Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication (URLLC). In one embodiment, a method for signal quality monitoring in a wireless system is disclosed, comprising: determining, by a user device, to connect to the wireless system in a high reliability mode, and determining, based on the determination to connect to the wireless system in the high reliability mode, to use, by the user device, a first pair of out-of-sync (OOS) and in-sync (IS) block error rate (BLER) threshold values and/or a first set of transmission parameters for radio link monitoring (RLM), rather than a second pair of OOS and IS BLER threshold values or a second set of transmission parameters that are configured for use in a non-high reliability mode.

    Abstract: Techniques for grouping multiple serving component carriers (CCs) are disclosed. In one example, a frequency separation that defines a frequency range from a lower bound frequency to a higher bound frequency for each CC group of a plurality of CC groups may be determined, wherein a difference between the lower bound frequency and the higher bound frequency of each CC group may be equal to the frequency separation. A frequency of a first CC from a collection of CCs may be determined. The first CC may be assigned to a first CC group, of the plurality of CC groups, wherein the first CC group may have a frequency range that includes the frequency of the first CC.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for enhancement in NTN mobility. A cellular base station may serve as a source base station of a handover procedure from the source base station to a target non-terrestrial network (NTN) base station. The cellular base station may configure a parameter associated with the target NTN base station in a handover command, the parameter being related to NTN mobility, and send the handover command to a wireless device for use by the wireless device during the handover procedure. The wireless device may receive the handover command from the cellular base station, and perform the handover procedure using the parameter associated with the target NTN base station.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for mitigation of listen before talk conflicts in the unlicensed spectrum. A wireless device may receive one or more synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) from a base station (BS) as part of a measurement procedure with listen before talk (LBT). The wireless device may determine one or more LBT failures associated with one or more receive beams of the wireless device. Furthermore, in response to determining the one or more LBT failures associated with the one or more receive beams of the wireless device, the wireless device may extend a measurement period for the one or more receive beams of the wireless device. The wireless device may then receive one or more additional SSBs on the one or more receive beams of the wireless device.

    Abstract: In at least one embodiment, a user equipment (UE) may receive a control signal from a base station to update a target pathloss reference signal from an existing pathloss reference signal. In at least one embodiment, the UE may obtain a plurality of samples of the target pathloss reference signal. In at least one embodiment, the UE may determine, based on obtaining the plurality of samples of the target pathloss reference signal, that the UE is unable to update the target pathloss reference signal. In at least one embodiment, the UE may adjust the uplink transmission power of the UE based on the existing pathloss reference signal or to a maximum transmit power based on said determining that the UE is unable to be updated to the target pathloss reference signal.
