Abstract: A laminated core includes a plurality of electrical steel sheets stacked on each other, and an adhesion part which is provided between the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in a stacking direction and adheres the electrical steel sheets to each other, in which the electrical steel sheet include an annular core back part, and a plurality of tooth parts which extend from the core back part in a radial direction of the core back part and are disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the core back part, an adhesion region in which the adhesion part is provided is formed in the core back part of the electrical steel sheet, and the adhesion region extends in a direction along a magnetic flux passing through a region of the electrical steel sheet in contact with the adhesion region.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a production apparatus of a motor laminated core and a method for producing the same, the production apparatus comprises an upper die assembly, a lower die assembly and an adhesive spraying device, the adhesive spraying device comprises an adhesive spraying plate, a first die plate and a second die plate successively from top to bottom, and channels are disposed between the plates, and respective channels communicate with first adhesive spraying openings and second adhesive spraying openings so as to coat an adhesive on a portion of a metal strip used for forming an core sheet, and after the core sheet is formed, a plurality of core sheets are cured and bonded at normal temperature in the production apparatus with the aid of a hydraulic cylinder so as to form a motor laminated core.

Abstract: A permanent magnet electric machine (PM machine) for a vehicle or other system includes a rotor assembly, fixed permanent magnets, a stator, an actuator, and one or more repositionable/moveable flux-shunting elements. The flux-shunting element is repositioned to control flux at specific operating points of the PM machine. The rotor assembly has a rotor coaxially surrounding and coupled to a rotor shaft. The permanent magnets are mounted to or in the rotor, and the moveable flux-shunting element is positioned between the rotor shaft and a respective one of the permanent magnets. Inboard and outboard ends of each respective permanent magnet may be oriented toward the rotor shaft and stator, respectively. The actuator selectively positions the moveable flux-shunting element at one or more operating points of the PM machine to vary reluctance in a magnetic circuit formed by the stator and rotor assembly.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a lamination stack used in a rotating electrical machine. The method includes providing naked sheets made of ferritic material; preparing both sides of each sheet so as to obtain a determined surface roughness; coating at least one side of each sheet with an chemically protective electrically insulating material; stacking the coated sheets; compressing the stack obtained; heating the compressed stack at a temperature above the melting temperature of the insulating material; and cooling down the compressed stack so as to form an integral lamination stack consisting of alternating sheets of ferritic material and layers of insulating material. The invention also relates to an electrical machine comprising such a lamination stack.

Abstract: A method for producing a rotor for a reluctance machine, in particular for a synchronous reluctance machine, and a rotor produced by the method, are provided. The laminated rotor core is produced by punching and stacking two or more adjacent laminations of the core. The adjacent laminations are held together by at least one connection point created during the punch stacking, the at least one connection point simultaneously forming a flux barrier of the rotor. The rotor comprises a laminated core, which is stacked from at least two lamination sheets, with the at least two adjacent lamination cuts being connected to each other by at least one connection point forming at least one flux barrier of the rotor.
