Abstract:
A system and method are provided including one or more processors and one or more computer-readable media coupled to the one or more processors. The one or more computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operation including performing, at an image processing device, a login process wherein access to one or more resources on the image processing device is granted based on a credential associated with a user and receiving a request to perform a scan and send process is received at the image processing device, the request comprising instructions for scanning a physical document and sending an electronic document representing the scanned physical document to a destination system. The scan process is initiated and a data object including data representing job data and the credential associated with the use is generated. The send process using the generated data object is executed as a background process on the image processing device and a subsequent user is able to access the image processing device and use at least one resource of the image processing device simultaneously.
Abstract:
One or more devices, systems, methods and storage mediums for performing common path optical coherence tomography (OCT) with a controlled reference signal and efficient geometric coupling are provided. Examples of such applications include imaging, evaluating and diagnosing biological objects, such as, but not limited to, for Gastro-intestinal, cardio and/or ophthalmic applications, and being obtained via one or more optical instruments, such as, but not limited to, optical probes (e.g., common path probes), common path catheters, common path capsules and common path needles (e.g., a biopsy needle). Preferably, the OCT devices, systems methods and storage mediums include or involve a reference reflection or a reference plane that is at least one of: (i) disposed in the collimation field or path; and (ii) is perpendicular (or normal) or substantially perpendicular (or substantially normal) to light propagation. One or more embodiments may include beam shaping optics to properly image luminal or other hollow structures or objects.
Abstract:
This disclosure an optical unit having a plurality of structural elements such as lens and a spacer having two or more opposing surfaces of the plurality of structural elements are bonded and secured to each other. A contact portion of the bonding portion is configured to prevent spreading of an adhesive and an adhesive reservoir is provided at the bonding portion. This disclosure further provides an apparatus having an imaging optical system configured to image a side surface in a tubular passage and an illuminating optical system that is arranged centrally within the imaging optical system.
Abstract:
Exemplary apparatus, systems, methods of making, and methods of using a configuration in an optical arrangement for spectrally encoded endoscopy (SEE) probe can be provided. For example, the probe can comprise a fixed guiding portion and a rotatable dispersive portion.
Abstract:
Devices, systems, and methods receive a token and a request to create a joint tenant, wherein at least one of the token and the request identifies a first user of a first tenant of a first service; receive one or more administrator credentials for a second service; send the one or more administrator credentials and a request to create a service account to the second service; and create a joint tenant that includes a tenant of the first service and a tenant of the second service, wherein the first user is included in the tenant of the first service, and wherein the service account is included in the tenant of the second service.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided. Some embodiments include initiating a scan operation to generate an electronic document representing a scanned physical document, encrypting the electronic document, storing the encrypted electronic document, and outputting a message. The message may include location information for locating the encrypted electronic document, a key for decrypting the encrypted electronic document, and restriction information indicating a restriction associated with the encrypted electronic document. Some embodiments include receiving the message, using the location information to obtain the encrypted electronic document, decrypting the encrypted electronic document using the key to generate an unencrypted electronic document, presenting an image of the unencrypted electronic document on a display of a computing system, and restricting availability of at least one function or feature of the computing system in accordance with the restriction information.
Abstract:
A probe can be provided having a grating adapted for color spectrally encoded imaging. The probe can include a waveguide configuration, a light focusing configuration, and a grating configuration that can have a first grating pattern and a second grating pattern. The waveguide configuration can be configured and/or structured to cause to propagate a light having a first wavelength and a light having a second wavelength to propagate from the waveguide component, and the light focusing and waveguide configurations can provide the light to be incident on the grating configuration. The grating configuration can be configured and arranged such that the light having the first wavelength is diffracted by the first grating pattern to substantially the same location as the light having the second wavelength is diffracted by the second grating pattern.
Abstract:
Systems, devices, and methods for generating proxy models obtain an image of a scene, generate a proxy model at an initial position and orientation in a world-coordinate system, and repositioning the proxy model to a second position or orientation in the world-coordinate system according to commands received from a controller.
Abstract:
Systems, devices, and methods obtain a sequence of images of a physical scene that includes a physical representation of a first object; calculate a sequence of first transform values of the physical representation of the first object based on the sequence of images store the sequence of first transform values; generate an enhanced scene; maintain the first object in the enhanced scene at positions and orientations that are indicated by the sequence of first transform values; receive an indication of selected transform values in the sequence of first transform values; retrieve the selected transform values; and generate a replay image of the enhanced scene, from a second observer viewpoint, that shows the first object at the position and the orientation that are indicated by the selected transform values.
Abstract:
A system and method of authorizing one or more features of an application is provided. A first application having a first set of features that control one or more functionality of an image processing device and are always available and a second set of features controlling functionality different from that controlled by the first set of features and which require authorization to be operable. A second application executing on the image processing device includes data representing authorization parameters to selectively authorize one or more of the features in the second set of features. In response to detecting, by the second application, that a feature activation service is registered in an operating system of the image processing device by the first application, the second application communicates the authorization parameter data to the first application to authorize and make operable the one or more features of the second set of features.
