    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing a buffer status reporting in a D2D communication system, the method comprising: configuring a plurality of sidelink logical channels, wherein each of the plurality of sidelink logical channels has an associated priority and belongs to a LCG, and one or more of LCGs belong to a ProSe Destination; generating a SL BSR MAC CE including buffer sizes of LCGs in decreasing order of a LCG priority, wherein the LCG priority of a LCG is determined as a highest priority of a logical channel among priorities of logical channels belonging to the LCG; and transmitting a MAC PDU including the SL BSR MAC CE.

    Abstract: A method for monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a discontinuous reception (DRX) related timer by a user equipment (UE) configured not to transmit a Hybrid Automatic Repeat and request (HARQ) feedback for the DL HARQ process in a wireless communication system is disclosed. Especially, when the UE processes the data block, a timer for monitoring subsequent PDCCHs related to retransmission of the DL HARQ process is started without transmitting the HARQ feedback upon a first Physical downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for the DL HARQ process is detected. Then, while the timer is running, the UE monitors subsequent PDCCHs related to retransmission of the DL HARQ process. Further, when decoding of DL data related to the second PDCCH successes, the timer is stopped and monitoring subsequent PDCCHs for the DL HARQ process is skipped.

    Abstract: In the present invention, the transmitting device attaches a sequence number (SN) for each of service data unit (SDU) elements to generate a protocol data unit (PDU) containing the SDU elements. Each of the SDU elements is a SDU or SDU segment. The PDU includes the SDU elements and respective SNs for the SDU elements. The PDU includes an indicator for each of the SDU elements, and the indicator indicating whether a corresponding SDU element is a SDU or SDU segment.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) determines whether a size of data available for transmission in a PDCP (Packet Data Convergence Protocol) entity of the UE, excluding a size of a PDCP Control PDU (Protocol Data Unit), exceeds a threshold value. Here, the PDCP Control PDU is predetermined to be transmitted through the first link of the bearer. The PDCP entity of the UE informs an indication on (a) the size of the data available for transmission, or (b) the size of the PDCP Control PDU, to a first entity of the UE for the first link based on the determination, and the first entity can transmit a buffer status report to the network based on the indication. Here, the size of the data available for transmission in the PDCP includes the size of the PDCP Data PDU and the size of the PDCP Control PDU.

    Abstract: A method for performing a random access (RA) procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises: selecting a uplink carrier for the RA procedure between a first uplink carrier for a serving cell and a second uplink carrier for the serving cell; and performing a first random access preamble (RAP) transmission for the RA procedure through the selected uplink carrier. Selecting the uplink carrier comprises: selecting the first uplink carrier when a downlink signal quality of the serving cell is less than a first threshold, and selecting one of the first and second uplink carriers randomly when the downlink signal quality of the serving cell is equal to or above the first threshold.

The UE receives second configuration information for one or more logical channels, each logical channel mapped to one or more numerologies. The UE receives a first uplink (UL) grant for new transmission, the first UL grant including information indicating a numerology set associated with the first UL grant. The UE generates a MAC PDU. The UE performs a new transmission of the MAC PDU using the first UL grant. The MAC PDU contains data from a logical channel of which every numerology belongs to the numerology set.

    Abstract: A transmitting device of the present invention submits, from a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity configured with a PDCP duplication function, a PDCP protocol data unit (PDU) (duplicated PDCP PDU 1) to a lower layer and starts a prohibit timer for the duplicated PDCP PDU 1. The transmitting device submits, from the PDCP entity, the same PDCP PDU (duplicated PDCP PDU 2) to the lower layer if the prohibit timer expires. The transmitting device transmit the duplicated PDCP PDU 1 and the duplicated PDCP PDU 2.
