Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an apparatus of a user equipment (UE) may determine a set of inputs to a neural network configured to predict radio frequency channel conditions or a user context associated with the UE. In some aspects, the set of inputs includes historical data related to a wireless environment, a communication pattern, or a behavior pattern associated with the UE. The apparatus of the UE may determine, using the neural network and based at least in part on the set of inputs, an optimal number of aggregated carriers to maximize one or more of a power parameter or a performance parameter. The apparatus of the UE may communicate using the optimal number of aggregated carriers. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for enabling collision mitigation for a user equipment (UE) operating in a dual active mode. In some aspects, the UE may generate a communication for a first subscription in a first time window associated with a first priority for a time domain division pattern with a second subscription. The UE may transmit, using the first subscription, the communication in a second time window associated with a second priority for the time domain division pattern. For example, the second time window associated with the second priority may be a time window in which traffic for the first subscription is prioritized. In some aspects, the UE may select modified periodic intervals for transmissions of a communication to mitigate collisions associated with the time domain division pattern. For example, a transmission time of the periodic communication may be varied (or randomized) over time.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a first subscription of the UE and a second subscription of the UE are associated with a same cell and are being used for a same radio access technology (RAT). The UE may activate a proxy subscription mode for the first subscription based at least in part on the determination that the first subscription of the UE and the second subscription of the UE are associated with the same cell and are being used for the same RAT, wherein the proxy subscription mode enables the UE to use the first subscription to perform one or more idle mode operations for the second subscription while the second subscription is in an idle mode. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, apparatus, and computer programs encoded on a computer storage media for providing user equipment mobility history information to a remote computing platform. In one aspect, a user equipment may store user equipment mobility history information in memory within the user equipment. The user equipment may determine whether a radio access network connection state has changed from a primary cell in a radio resource controller state to another cell outside a radio access network, to an inter-radio access technology cell, or to an out of service. The user equipment may transmit the user equipment mobility history information to the remote computing platform in response to determining that the user equipment radio access network connection state has changed from a primary cell in a radio resource controller state to another cell outside a radio access network, an inter-radio access technology cell, or an out of service state.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to disable measurements of reference signals from 5G base stations which are inapplicable to EN-DC. The UE may receive a reference signal from a base station. The UE may identify a frequency range. The UE may determine whether to measure the reference signal based on whether the reference signal is within the identified frequency range. The UE may refrain from measuring the reference signal in response to the determination. The UE may also refrain from measuring the reference signal in response to a SIB received at the UE not including a ULI, or in response to a frequency associated with the reference signal not being in a list of supported bands for EN-DC. As a result, inter-RAT handovers from LTE base stations to 5G base stations are prevented, UE power consumption is thereby saved, and support for EN-DC is maintained.

Abstract: A UE employing carrier aggregation receives an uplink grant from a wireless communication system base station for each of a plurality of Physical Uplink Shared CHannel (PUSCH) component carriers. The UE orders each PUSCH component carrier for transmission based at least in part on the uplink grant. The UE ranks logical channels for uplink transmission; and then builds transport blocks comprising data of higher ranked logical channels on higher ordered component carriers. The UE can then transmit the transport blocks across the component carriers to the base station.

The UE may perform an access barring check of an MO voice call based at least in part on overriding the establishment cause such that the establishment cause indicates an MO voice call.
