    摘要: A mobile communication device can perform direct communication with another mobile communication device without providing a new communication circuit. The mobile device moves by driving wheels rotated by a motor. A pressure sensor is provided on an outer surface of the body of the communication device to detect contact pressure with another mobile communication device. A control circuit maintains a constant level of driving force of the motor when the communication device is in contact with another mobile communication device and receives data by determining changes in the detected contact pressure which correspond to the predetermined transmission data. Alternately, data exchanges maybe performed using the relative distance between the communication devices.

    摘要: A plasma processing apparatus carries out plasma processings such as etching, ashing and CVD on large substrates such as semiconductor device substrates and glass substrates for liquid crystal display panels, etc. The plasma processing apparatus having microwave generator 26, a microwave guide path 23, a microwave window 4 and a reaction room 2, etc., has a dielectric sheet 21 disposed to confront the microwave window 4 through a hollow area 20. The dielectric sheet is divided into multiple dielectric sheets 21a, 21b, and the microwave guide path 23a, 23b are connected to the divided dielectric sheets 21a, 21b. This simple structure enables the stable and uniform plasma processing on large substrates such as glass substrates for liquid crystal display panels.

The antenna includes the dielectric window 16; and a slot plate 20, provided on one side of the dielectric window 16, having a plurality of slots 133. The dielectric window 16 has a flat surface 146 surrounded by a ring-shaped first recess; and a plurality of second recesses 153 formed on the flat surface 146 so as to surround a center of the flat surface 146. Here, the flat surface 146 is formed on the other side of the dielectric window 16. When viewed from a thickness direction of the slot plate, a center of each second recess 153 is located within each slot 133 of the slot plate.

A filter 102(1) coaxially accommodates a coil 104(1) within a cylindrical outer conductor 110, and a ring member 122 is coaxially installed between the coil 104(1) and the outer conductor 110. The ring-shaped member 122 may be a plate body of a circular ring shape on a plane orthogonal to an axial direction of the outer conductor 110 and made of a conductor such as cupper or aluminum and electrically connected with the outer conductor 110 while electrically insulated from the coil 104(1).

A connector portion, which bulges outward of the yoke, and a cutout portion are formed in the circumferential wall of the end bracket. A pair of feed members is provided to extend from the interior of the end bracket to the connector portion through the cutout portion. Each feed member has a plurality of connection portions. Each of a pair of terminals of each of a plurality of noise suppression elements is connected to each connection portion. The connection portions are formed in the feed member and arranged in the radial direction.
