Abstract: To provide a light-emitting element having high luminous efficiency and to provide a light-emitting device and an electronic device which consumes low power and is driven at low voltage, a carbazole derivative represented by the general formula (1) is provided. In the formula, α1, α2, α3, and α4 each represent an arylene group having less than or equal to 13 carbon atoms; Ar1 and Ar2 each represent an aryl group having less than or equal to 13 carbon atoms; R1 represents any of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group; and R2 represents any of an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group. In addition, l, m, and n are each independently 0 or 1.

Abstract: An object is to provide a light-emitting element capable of emitting light with a high luminance even at a low voltage, and having a long lifetime. Abstract: Provided is a light-emitting element which includes a first electrode, a second electrode over the first electrode, and first and second light-emitting layers therebetween. The first light-emitting material is a fluorescent material, and the second light-emitting material is a phosphorescent material. Abstract: To provide a light-emitting element with low drive voltage. The light-emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an EL layer. The first electrode includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer including a region in contact with the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer has a function of reflecting light, and the second conductive layer has a function of transmitting light. The second conductive layer includes an oxide containing In and M (M represents one or more of Al, Si, Ti, Ga, Y, Zr, La, Ce, Nd, and Hf). The EL layer includes an organic acceptor material in a region in contact with the second conductive layer.

Abstract: A light-emitting element having high external quantum efficiency is provided. A light-emitting element having low drive voltage is provided. Provided is a light-emitting element which includes a light-emitting layer containing a phosphorescent compound, a first organic compound, and a second organic compound between a pair of electrodes. A combination of the first organic compound and the second organic compound forms an exciplex (excited complex). An emission spectrum of the exciplex overlaps with an absorption band located on the longest wavelength side of an absorption spectrum of the phosphorescent compound. A peak wavelength of the emission spectrum of the exciplex is longer than or equal to a peak wavelength of the absorption band located on the longest wavelength side of the absorption spectrum of the phosphorescent compound.

Abstract: A material that can be used in a wide temperature range is provided. A graphene compound includes graphene or graphene oxide and a substituted or unsubstituted chain group, the chain group includes two or more ether bonds, and the chain group is bonded to the above graphene or graphene oxide through a Si atom. Alternatively, a method for forming a graphene compound includes a first step and a second step after the first step. In the first step, graphene oxide and a base are stirred under a nitrogen stream. In the second step, the mixture is cooled to room temperature, a silylating agent that has a group having two or more ether bonds is introduced into the mixture, and the obtained mixture is stirred. The base is butylamine, pentylamine, hexylamine, diethylamine, dipropylamine, dibutylamine, triethylamine, tripropylamine, or pyridine.
