    摘要: To provide a solenoid valve having a sensor in which monitor devices for monitoring whether input or output pressure in the solenoid valve is appropriate and a switching state of a valve body are collected to simplify the structure and to facilitate the assembling operation, thereby enhancing safety and reliability. A solenoid valve having a sensor comprises a solenoid valve 1, a base 2 for supplying and discharging pressurized fluid to and from ports P, A, B, EA and EB of the solenoid valve 1, and an intermediate block 3 disposed between the solenoid valve 1 and the base 2. The intermediate block 3 is provided with communication passages 53, 54A, 54B, 55A and 55B for respectively bringing the ports of the solenoid valve and flow paths of the base into communication with each other. A conduit 56 crossing the communication passages is provided in the intermediate block 3. A pressure introducing port 58 opening at the communication passage 53 whose pressure is to be detected is formed in the conduit. A pressure sensor 60 for detecting pressure introduced through the conduit is provided in the intermediate block 3.

    摘要: When a drive signal is not applied to a piezoelectric element 42, a diaphragm 38 is contacted with a valve seat 52 to disconnect diaphragm chambers 24a, 24b from a passage 54. In this case, even if the pressure of a fluid introduced into the diaphragm chambers 24a, 24b is varied, the diaphragm 38 is positively supported by a valve seat 52 with no deformation, resulting in the passage 54 being positively closed up. Therefore, the possibility of the fluid leaking is eliminated. On the other hand, when a drive signal is applied to the piezoelectric element 42, the diaphragm 38 is bent, and thus the diaphragm chambers 24a, 24b are connected with the passage 54, resulting in the fluid being allowed to flow into the passage 54. If the piezoelectric element 42 comes to bend excessively, the piezoelectric element 42 is brought into contact with a cushioning member 56 to prevent the piezoelectric element 42 from being excessively deformed. Therefore, there is no possibility of the piezoelectric element 42 being damaged.

    摘要: A pipe joint is provided wherein quick joints assembly are installable in two ports and in a fluid pressure apparatus such as a solenoid transfer valve as in the prior art, while joints with a female thread are interchangeable with the guide joints so as not to rotate even when male screw members for piping are screwed in. The quick joints and the joints with a female thread are interchangeably installed in a fluid pressure apparatus in which two ports are switched and supplied with a pressurized fluid. Although the quick joints and the joints with a female thread can be installed as in the prior art, the joints with a female thread are integrally connected and fixed between the quick joints and the joints with a female thread via a connection member so as not to rotate even when male screw members for piping are screwed in.
