    摘要: A foundation structure for locating an object mounted on the foundation structure on a sea bed or a river bed comprises an integral buoyancy device having variable buoyancy and a rigid control surface. The integral buoyancy device is movable relative to the foundation structure to vary the position of the rigid control surface and to control the position of the center of buoyancy relative to the position of the center of gravity. This stabilizes the foundation structure during submergence and surfacing. A method for controlling the deployment and retrieval of the foundation structure is also described.

    摘要: This wheel comprises a plurality of vanes (2) arranged on a crown (3) and is equipped with a tip-forming member (10) attached to a central region (32) of the crown or hub of the wheel (1), radially inside the vanes (2), the crown defining a wet surface (31) for guiding a flow (E) passing between the vanes. The tip-forming member (10) is provided with at least one opening (121) for diverting a fraction (E1) of the flow towards the internal volume (V10) of this member. This member comprises a frustoconical annular skirt (11) and at least one fin (15) arranged in its internal volume (V10) and able to modify the path of the flow fraction (E1) entering this volume through the opening (121). This fin (15) extends as far as the edge (112) of the skirt (11) which defines an outlet opening (14) of the member (10) for the flow fraction (E1).

    摘要: An exemplary electricity producing installation includes electricity producing devices at least partly immersed in water, each electricity producing device having a rotary mechanical receiver and an alternator. The alternator includes at least one rotor and at least one stator. The at least one rotor of the alternator can be set into rotation by a rotary mechanical receiver. Each electricity producing device produces an electric AC signal with variable voltage and frequency conveyed by an at least partly immersed electric transport cable. The installation further includes an interconnection device having parallel electric transport cables connected to an input and which provide at the output a joint electric signal with variable frequency and voltage, the current amplitude of which is equal to the sum of the input currents. A partly immersed export cable connects the output of the interconnection device to a power conversion device out of the water.

The rotor includes a rotor lamination stack having a plurality of sheets pressed into a composite assembly in an axial direction and being radially divided into an inner mechanical part and an outer electrical part. A rotor winding is disposed in the electrical part of the rotor lamination stack. A stator is concentrically surrounding the rotor. A plurality of shear bolts is disposed in the mechanical part and configured to reach through the rotor lamination stack. A plurality of further bolts is disposed in the electrical part, the plurality of shear bolts and a plurality of further bolts being configured to press the plurality of sheets in the axial direction.

    摘要: An apparatus is provided for modifying the geometry of at least one part of a turbine, which can include a shell assembly that includes an outer shell that is shaped to modify the shape of a pre-existing element of a turbine. The outer shell of the shell assembly can be composed of a fiber-reinforced polymeric material and can at least partially define an inner cavity. The outer shell can be bonded to a structure to modify the geometrical shape of that structure. Thereafter, a polymer casting can be injected into the inner cavity via at least one injection port attached to the shell assembly. In some embodiments, one or more stiffeners and/or a core can be positioned within the inner cavity to help improve the bonding of the polymer casting to the shell and/or improve a structural property of the apparatus.
