摘要: A power distribution system for a DC network, the DC network comprising electrical loads, the power distribution system being boarded on an aircraft and comprising: a plurality of AC/DC converters, and at least one AC power source. The power distribution system comprises: an “n” number of AC/DC converters, each one comprising an “(n−1)” number of first outputs and at least an additional output, and an “(n−1)·n” number of electrical loads. Each electrical load comprises two inputs: a first input for being connected with a corresponding first output, and a second input for being connected with any of the additional outputs. The power distribution system is configured to continue supplying electrical power to the DC network in case an AC/DC converter is not energized, such that the second input of such electrical load is connected to any additional output of another AC/DC converter, being the first input disconnected.

摘要: A method of aeroservoelastic coupling suppression, and particularly, the field of real time adaptive cancellation of elastic modes in discrete-time signals which measure the dynamics of a flexible structure. The flexible structure comprises a structure with elastic variable characteristics, and more particularly, a structure with non-linear aerodynamics. A method is disclosed for adaptively cancelling, in real time, N elastic modes in discrete-time signals which measure the dynamics of the flexible structure. Also disclosed is a computer program implemented on a computing device, a system and an aircraft implementing the mentioned method.

The washer includes a conductive central main body arranged substantially in a first plane and including an opening adapted to receive a fastener and an outer edge and at least three serrated conductive projections. Each serrated projection includes a first end and a second end. The first end is attached to the conductive central main body and the second end is a free end including at least one conductive tooth. The second end is located in a second plan other than the first plane and is of the type that can deform under pressure. The attachment between the conductive central main body and each serrated conductive projection is of the type that can deform under pressure.

摘要: A method for compensating for aerodynamic radial loads applied to a drogue coupling of a hose and drogue air to air active refueling system including: deploying a refueling hose from a tanker aircraft, wherein the drogue coupling is at a distal end of the hose and the drogue coupling is connected to a hose end control unit which includes at least three fins extending outward into air flowing over the hose end control unit; sensing acceleration of the hose end control unit and/or the drogue coupling, generating an acceleration signal with data representing the sensed acceleration; determining at least one deflection angle for at least one of the three fins based on the acceleration signal, and rotating at least one of the three fins by the at least one deflection angle.

摘要: A method and system for Air-To-Ground communications allowing integration of the aircraft communication with a terrestrial cellular communications network. The solution is carried out in the aircraft so any existing standard terrestrial cellular communication network may be used without requiring any modification. The constraints due to the special aircraft conditions (speed and height) are efficiently solved, allowing broad interoperability with the cellular communications network, satisfying the increasing high speed data demand. Specifically, in order to solve the handover constraints the aircraft antenna will create at least two radiation patterns: one for maintaining the current connection with the serving base station and another one or more to search the next suitable best station for handover.

The method for monitoring the degradation status of refueling hoses on air includes moving a device with at least one sensor along a refueling hose or moving a refueling hose with respect to the device, producing data about the external surface of the refueling hose from the at least one sensor, and analyzing the data for monitoring the degradation status of the refueling hose. It allows providing a system and method for monitoring the degradation status of refueling hoses on air that reduces the risk of personal injury associated to hose damage inspection and is cost saving.
