    摘要: The invention relates to a junction (14) between two components (10, 12) of a tool system that rotates about an axis of rotation (16), especially for use in machine tools. The junction (14) comprises an at least partially conical seat (18), arranged on the first component (10), which is coaxial to the axis of rotation (16) and which is defined by at least one annular front face (20). The second component (12) carries a coupling part (22) which comprises a coupling pin (24) having a conical surface (32) that is complementary to the conical seat (18) and an annular end face (26) pointing towards the annular front face (20) and, in the coupled state, resting against the same. A tie bolt (36) axially projects beyond the free end of the coupling pin (24) and engages, in the coupled state, in a cavity (38) that is adjacent to the seat (18). The junction also has tensioning means that can be actuated from the exterior for mutually bracing the components (10, 12). Said tensioning means comprise two tensioning elements (44′, 44″) which are radially guided in the first component (10), act upon the tie bolt (36) and are functionally linked with joint actuating means (50) by which they can be adjusted between a detached position and a tensioned position. According to the invention, the tensioning elements are provided with ejection portions (60) that can be fitted with at least one rotatably received rolling element (62).

    摘要: The main body (12) of a machine tool (10) comprises a plate seat (18) having a plate element (16) arranged thereon. The plate element (16) has at least one plate edge (38), which protrudes freely to the outside over the plate seat (18) and rests against a bottom support surface of the plate seat (18). The plate element (16) can be fixed to the plate seat (18) by way of a bolt (20) extending through a bore hole in the plate element (16). A further brace (24) is designed on the plate seat (18) for a lateral plate surface of the plate element (16) to rest against non-positively. In order to adjust the plate edge (38) of the plate element (16), an adjustment device (30) is associated with at least one brace (22) and enables the brace (22) to be raised and lowered with respect to the bottom support surface of the plate seat (18). The rotating machine tool substantially comprises a base member with a rotating axis, at least one pocket formed in the base member and at least one blade support holding a cutting plate. Two side surfaces of the blade support sit against a side support surface, respectively, said blade support side surfaces making an angle between them, and the base of the blade support sits against a base support surface of the pocket, the blade support being clamped in the pocket removably by way of a clamp element. The cutting plate protrudes over the blade support with an effective blade and over the base member outward. In order to enable a fine-adjustment of tangential cutting plates in the base member, it is proposed that the base support surface form a wedge surface that includes an acute angle together with a shift axis, said wedge surface disposed at an adjusting member that can shift relative to the base member along said shift axis, the base of said blade support, in the shape of a complementary wedge, abutting against said wedge surface. Also, the two side support surfaces form guide surfaces for the blade support that are directed substantially perpendicular relative to the shift axis of the adjusting member when said blade support makes a shifting motion by way of a shifting of the adjusting member.

    摘要: A double or multiple-edged drilling tool has a base body rotatable about a drilling axis, and at least two plate seats arranged on the front face for accommodating identical interchangeable cutting plates. The cutting plates each have a machining face, and a clearance face adjoining a principal cutting edge forming a cutting wedge, and a seat face facing away from the clearance face.
