The drill body has at least two chip flutes, which are delimited at their flanks by ribs and at least one of which is spirally curved. Arranged in the ribs of the drill body are coolant channels, which have an outlet opening at the end of the drill body on the cutting head side. A special feature is that the outlet openings are arranged within each one of the chip flutes and communicate with one of the coolant channels arranged in the ribs by way of a straight channel endpiece.

    摘要: A circuit arrangement for limiting the switch-on current and for providing an over voltage protection in switch mode power supply devices. The circuit arrangement has an input-end storage capacitor which forms a low-ohmic voltage source for a connected power supply arrangement. A power supply device of this type is to be provided with a circuit which both limits the switch-on current and also provides a protection against over voltages across the storage capacitor. This is achieved with the assistance of a field-effect transistor which is arranged between the supply voltage source and the storage capacitor and which is controlled both by an amplifier in terms of current limitation and by a delay element in terms of delayed switch-on. The power supply device is particularly suitable for plug-in assemblies having voltage inverters for the supply of electrical communications transmission technology equipment.

    摘要: A drilling tool includes a tool head having at least one chip groove and a tool shank. A slotted sleeve is placed on the tool shank and closely surrounds the chip groove. The edges adjacent the slot lie on solid material of the tool shank. The chip grooves and the sleeve form channels for carrying away the chips removed at the workpiece machining base. Owing to the slot, the sleeve can be gently spread apart and pushed onto the tool shank from the end having the enlarged tool head.

    摘要: A device for connecting two tool parts having a common axis. The device includes a fitting pin projecting axially from the first tool part and a connecting sleeve projecting from the second tool part and having a mating bore for receiving the fitting pin. A tightening mechanism equipped with a tightening bolt movable in a crossbore of the fitting point assures a sufficient planar surface to planar surface tightening between the two tool parts. Aside from the tightening in direction of the tightening bolt, a clamping of the fitting pin into the mating bore of the connecting sleeve is achieved through suitable measures, the clamping extending transversely with respect to the tightening-bolt direction and resulting in an automatic centering of the tool parts with respect to their common axis and in a reinforcement of the connection transversely with respect to the tightening-bolt axis.

    摘要: The invention relates to a machining center for work piece machining. The machining center comprises a machine frame, a machine spindle driven by a motor and rotatably arranged on the machine frame, and a group of machine tools that can be exchanged on the machine spindle. The machine tools comprise a coupling shaft that is compatible with a holder of the machine spindle. Furthermore, a rotary transmitter for electric energy is provided, having a stator fixed to the machine in a stationary manner and a rotor rotating along with the machine spindle. It is claimed as novel that the rotary transmitter comprises at least two transmission paths for electric energy which can be selected according to the electric power to be transmitted and the rotational speed of the spindle to be set and which can be activated in the coupled state of the machine tool. At least one first transmission path between the stator and rotor is designed in a non-contact way, while at least one second transmission path between the stator and rotor is provided with contacting contacts. With said measures, complete machining of the workpieces can be made possible when clamped in the machining center.
