    Abstract: A wheel rotation imaging control system, including: a wheel rotation imaging apparatus, which can display images during wheel rotation; and a data processing apparatus, which can establish a connection with the wheel rotation imaging apparatus, process data related to the wheel rotation imaging apparatus, and control the wheel rotation imaging apparatus to image. By means of wireless connection, the present application can realize non-contact remote reading and configuration of internal parameters of a wheel rotation imaging device, remote control of media playback, and the like.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of tests of automobile wheels and automobile chassis suspension systems, and provides a simulated pavement rotary drum and automobile test equipment. A simulated cobblestone pavement, and a simulated impact pavement, so that a testing pavement at a test field is reproduced; an impact load caused by the track pavement, the cobblestone pavement, and the impact pavement can be applied to wheels and a chassis system; and a road simulation test of wheels and a suspension system of an automobile can be performed on bench test equipment. As verified, the simulated pavement rotary drum of the present disclosure can reproduce the simulated track pavement at the test field; and the consistency of radial impact loads is greater than 95% at the same speed and under the same vehicle load operating condition.

    Abstract: A device for removing wheel burrs with first brushes and second brushes includes a wheel positioning and pressing system configured to position and press of the wheel, a center cap mouth burr removing system configured to remove burrs of the wheel cap mouth with the second brushes, and a wheel spoke back cavity burr removing system configured to remove burrs of the wheel spoke back cavity with the first brushes. The first brushes are mounted on an expandable first capsule and the second brushes are mounted on an expandable second conical capsule, and filling the expandable first capsule and the expandable second conical capsule with air and removing air from the expandable first capsule and the expandable second conical capsule change the shapes of the first brushes and the second brushes to accommodate wheels with different shape and size for deburring.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a wheel with a sound absorber, the sound absorber being mounted in a wheel air chamber to reduce acoustic resonance, wherein the sound absorber is configured as a flat hexahedral box resonator and fastened to a wheel hub through a band, a first positioning mechanism is provided between the hub and the box resonator to fix the relative positions of the hub and the box resonator, and a second positioning mechanism is provided between the box resonator and the band to fix the relative positions of the box resonator and the band. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the resonator is positioned and fixed more reliably on the wheel, and the wheel is simple and economical in manufacturing, and convenient and controllable in installation and operation.
