    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of tests of automobile wheels and automobile chassis suspension systems, and provides a simulated pavement rotary drum and automobile test equipment. A simulated cobblestone pavement, and a simulated impact pavement, so that a testing pavement at a test field is reproduced; an impact load caused by the track pavement, the cobblestone pavement, and the impact pavement can be applied to wheels and a chassis system; and a road simulation test of wheels and a suspension system of an automobile can be performed on bench test equipment. As verified, the simulated pavement rotary drum of the present disclosure can reproduce the simulated track pavement at the test field; and the consistency of radial impact loads is greater than 95% at the same speed and under the same vehicle load operating condition.

    Abstract: A first harmonic runout simulation hub includes a measuring disc and a clamping portion detachably fixed together, in which the clamping portion is fixed in the middle of the measuring disc; the clamping portion includes a first positioning hole for positioning and clamping, the first positioning hole is a cylindrical hole, and the cylindricity of the first positioning hole is smaller than a preset value; the outer circumference of the measuring disc includes a measuring cylindrical surface having a preset axial length and a bus parallel to an axis of the first positioning hole, the radial distance between the axis of the measuring cylindrical surface and the axis of the first positioning hole is greater than a preset value, and circular runout test values on the measuring cylindrical surface are preset first harmonic runout values.

    Abstract: A device for detecting the leak rate of a leak is employed to realize a detection method for detecting the leak rate of a leak. The device includes a gas storage tank for storing a detection medium, a connecting piece, a detection valve arranged on the connecting piece, a sealed container and a balance for measuring the weight of the sealed container.     Abstract: A device for removing a valve hole sealing substitute from a hub includes an industrial camera, a removal manipulator, a rotary encoder, a rotary spindle, a processor, a frame and a console, wherein the console is installed on the frame, the console is connected to a production line by a roller bed, a color identification camera and the industrial camera are respectively installed on the frame and aligned with the console, the rotary spindle is installed below the console and configured to drive the hub above the console to rotate, and the removal manipulator is arranged above the console. The device and method solve the problem of relying on personnel to remove the valve hole sealing substitute, improve the labor productivity, and improve the automation of the hub production process.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of tests of wheels and automobile chassis suspension systems, and provides a universal suspension and test equipment for an automobile chassis simulation road test. A simulated dashpot is movably connected to a simulated shock absorption tower; a simulated steering link and a simulated lower control arm are both movably connected to a backboard; and the simulated dashpot, the simulated steering link, and the simulated lower control arm are all assembled with corresponding mounting holes in a steering knuckle. Simulated parts with adjustable lengths and positions are used to replace an original vehicle's dashpot, steering link and lower control arm of a suspension, so that by means of adjusting lengths and angles of all the parts of the test suspension, the universal suspension can be applicable to the spatial hard point requirements of most current Macpherson suspensions.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels, and the method is implemented using a system as follows: the system includes a vehicle used in wheel simulating real impact test, a road surface, a high-frequency lighting facility, a standard obstacle block, a high-speed camera, and a traction motor and steel cable. The method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels of the invention has the advantages that: the need for testing various types of wheels using one set of equipment can be satisfied by using a general type collision trolley, thereby avoiding the use of a corresponding real vehicle for each type of wheels in the test. This greatly reduces the test cost, ensures that the test condition is similar to the real vehicle condition, and can well simulate the performance of a real vehicle when meeting an obstacle.
