A printed antenna comprising a substrate, a first ground plane, a low frequency radiation, a high frequency radiation, a first matching portion, a second matching portion is provided. The first ground plane, the low frequency radiation portion, the high frequency radiation portion and the first matching portion are located on an upper surface of the substrate. The low frequency radiation portion is connected to the high frequency radiation portion, and the first matching portion is extended from the first ground plane and towards the high frequency radiation portion. The second matching portion is adjacent to the first matching portion but does not overlap the first matching portion.

A support structure for supporting a computer device includes a clamping frame, two clamping members, and a support rod. The clamping frame is used for clamping a side of the computer device. The two clamping members are disposed on the clamping frame. At least one of the two clamping members has at least one angle positioning bump. The support rod is disposed at a side of the clamping frame for supporting the clamping frame. The support rod includes an arm portion and a shaft portion. The arm portion has an angle positioning hole for engaging with the angle positioning bump to fix an angle of the arm portion relative to the clamping frame. The shaft portion is extendedly connected to an end of the arm portion and detachably disposed between the clamping members, for making the arm portion capable of rotating relative to the clamping frame.

A method for improving image quality in an image processing device comprises receiving an image signal comprising a plurality of field signals corresponding to a plurality of fields, each field signal comprising a plurality of pixel signals corresponding to a plurality of pixels, and each pixel signal comprising an original chrominance value and a compensating chrominance value; replacing the compensating chrominance value of a pixel signal in every field signal by the original chrominance value of another pixel signal of a same position in another field signal, and generating a primary compensating result corresponding to every pixel signal; calculating a primary weighted sum of a pixel signal corresponding to every pixel and a primary compensating result corresponding to the pixel signal according to a degree of variation corresponding to every pixel of every field; and outputting the primary weighted sum corresponding to every pixel, to output primary compensating field signals.

It is described a software verification system and a method for determining anew, upon detection that key characteristics fail an acceptance criteria test, key characteristics and acceptance criteria thereof required for an ensuing verification procedure, so as to perform a spiral verification procedure. Thus, the system and method overcome drawbacks of conventional verification solutions, improve consistency in requirements for budgets and schedules of a verification project, optimize use of resources, maintain the quality of software verification services, enhance the quality of key-controlled services and products, and increase the chance of performing the project successfully. A computer-readable medium for use with the method is further provided.

A patient lift apparatus designed to lift and transfer patients is provided. The patient lift apparatus includes a patient lift base and a modular patient support device removably connected to the patient lift base to support a patient. The patient lift base includes a cantilever element, a portal frame, three wheel assemblies, a hanging mechanism. The cantilever element is pivoted intersectionally with the portal frame. The three wheel assemblies are disposed at the bases of the cantilever element and the portal frame, as three bearing points. The hanging mechanism is pivoted to the top of the cantilever element and connected to the modular patient support device below. When the cantilever element and the portal frame are rotated relatively, the height, the shape and the positions of the bearing points of the patient lift apparatus are changed accordingly.

An auto-focusing device for solar heat energy power generators includes a stationary heating unit for absorbing solar energy to make works, a lens unit including a lens and a frame, a first driving unit connected to the frame and driving the frame, and a tracking unit electrically connected to the first driving unit and controlling the first driving unit to output power. The lens is fixed to the frame and focuses solar beam on the heating unit. The frame is movable along a curved track such that the lens always aims at the sun. Multiple auto-focusing devices for solar heat energy power generators are arranged in matrix form so as to generate electric power.
Abstract:
A power saving method adaptable to a mobile device in a travel-by-vehicle environment is provided. A connection is established between the mobile device and a communication device according to a first communication protocol, and a connection is established between an access point and the communication device according to a second communication protocol, wherein the transmission power required in the first communication protocol is lower than that required in the second communication protocol. If a connection established according to the second communication protocol exists between the mobile device and the access point, the connection established between the mobile device and the access point according to the second communication protocol is cut off. An operation interface of the mobile device is provided to a user so that the mobile device communicates with the access point through the communication device.

A speaker module includes a casing whereon an opening is formed. The casing includes a blocking structure disposed on a side of the opening. The speaker module further includes a first speaker device, which includes a first housing, a first speaker unit disposed inside the first housing, and an engaging component connected to an end of the first housing for engaging with the blocking structure when the first housing is pulled out of the casing through the opening and for rotating relative to the blocking structure so as to adjust an angle of the first speaker unit. The speaker module further includes a second speaker device connected to the first speaker device and capable of passing through the opening, which includes a second housing connected to the first housing in a slidable manner relative to the first housing, and a second speaker unit disposed inside the second housing.

A data slicer includes an error bit predictor, a DC level compensator, a co-channel detector, and an output device. The data slicer generates four bytes according to four slicing levels respectively. The four slicing levels are a DC level, a level generated by adding a predetermined offset to the DC level, a level generated by subtracting the predetermined offset from the DC level, and a compensated level generated by the DC level compensator. The co-channel detector determines if the compensated level has the co-channel interference. The output device generates an output byte according to indication signals generated by the co-channel detector and the error bit predictor and the parity check of the four bytes.
Abstract:
A device for decoding AV data is provided. The device includes a plurality of sub-buffers to store video data, audio data and subtitle data, so that a data-decoding procedure can be efficiently performed. Besides, a method for providing each picture's information in video data is disclosed. According to the compression standard of the AV data, the method applies a corresponding procedure to provide each picture's information in video data. The picture information is useful to help a decoding unit to correctly decode the video data, so as to generate pictures.
