Abstract:
An anti-deformation mechanism for an axial rod motor comprising a base, two vertical fixing seats, two axial fixing seats, two axial screws, a stator and a mover arranged on the stator. The two vertical fixing seats are arranged on the base to support the stator vertically. The two axial fixing seats are arranged on the base and located outside the two vertical fixing seats. Each of the two axial fixing seats is provided with a fixing through hole for insertion of the axial screw. The stator is an elongated cylindrical rod and provided with an axial screw hole at each of two ends thereof to be screwed with the axial screws. Both ends of the stator are fixed by the vertical fixing seats and the axial screws, and synchronously, the two axial screws apply pull forces to the stator to prevent the bending deformation of the stator.
Abstract:
A linear planar servomotor having at least one spare-mover standby area is characterized in at least one spare-mover receiving element attached to an edge of a planar stator of the linear planar servomotor for providing an upper surface of the spare-mover receiving element as the spare-mover standby area, wherein the spare-mover standby area is level with an upper surface of the stator. Thus, at least one spare mover of the linear planar servomotor can be placed on the spare-mover standby area for immediately replacing a working mover on the planar stator of the linear planar servomotor.
Abstract:
According to the method of wear leveling for a non-volatile memory of the present invention, the non-volatile memory is divided into a plurality of windows, and a mapping table is built in which the logical block addresses having frequently accessed data are allocated equally to the plurality of windows. The logical block addresses may store a File Allocation Table (FAT) or a directory table; therefore the windows they locate will be written or erased more frequently. In an embodiment, the logical block addresses having frequently accessed data are allocated on a one-to-one basis to the plurality of windows. For example, the plurality of windows may comprise Windows 0, 1, 2 and 3, the logical block addresses comprise logical block addresses 0, 1, 2 and 3, and logical block addresses 0, 1, 2 and 3 point to Windows 0, 1, 2 and 3, respectively.
Abstract:
A method for managing defect blocks in a non-volatile memory essentially comprises the steps of detecting defect blocks in the non-volatile memory, storing addresses of the defect blocks in a table block of the non-volatile memory, and setting the non-volatile memory to be read-only if the quantity of defect blocks in the non-volatile memory exceeds a threshold and no free blocks remain in the non-volatile memory. In a preferred embodiment, the free pages in the defect block continue to be programmed before setting the non-volatile memory to be read-only.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a transmit-receive (TR) front end. The TR front end includes a low-noise amplifier (LNA); a power amplifier (PA); a transformer, coupled to the PA, for increasing a voltage swing and a power transmission of the PA; and a TR switch, coupled between the transformer and the LNA. The LNA is single ended and there is no transformer between the LNA and the TR switch.
Abstract:
A bio-sheet applied on the eye tissue repair is disclosed. The bio-sheet comprises a biodegradable substrate formed of fish scales and has an epithelial cell layer formed thereon, wherein the fish scales are bony scales.
Abstract:
A thermally formed three-dimensional mesh fabric comprises a flexible three dimensional permeable sheet and a thermally formed cover. The flexible three dimensional permeable sheet has a surface and a softening temperature. The thermally formed cover is applied to at least a portion of the surface of the three dimensional permeable sheet, is low-temperature thermoplastic polyester and has a softening temperature lower than that of the three dimensional permeable sheet. Thus, thermal forming three-dimensional mesh fabric is permeable, lightweight and has good support and is suitable for applications such as splints, plaster bandages and safety protectors.
Abstract:
A base for planar servo motor which is defined with a hollow space for reducing the weight of the base. Thereby, when the base is hung upside down, the base can be prevented from being deformed by its own weight, and the load of a machine table for supporting the base can be relatively reduced, so as to avoid causing vibration of the machine table. In addition, the hollow space can reduce the material for manufacturing the base, so that the cost is reduced.

Abstract:
A gantry with adjustable torsion leaf springs which utilizes a plurality of superposed torsion leaf springs to connect a beam and two supporting members and to absorb the variation quantities of the displacement error of the supporting members. By such arrangements, the absorbed variation quantities can be changed simply by adjusting the amount of the torsion leaf springs, thus meeting the requirements of different machines.
