Abstract:
A representative electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit includes a silicon-controlled rectifier comprising an alternating arrangement of a first P-type semiconductor material, a first N-type semiconductor material, a second P-type semiconductor material and a second N-type semiconductor material electrically coupled between an anode and a cathode. The anode is electrically coupled to the first P-type semiconductor material and the cathode is electrically coupled to the second N-type semiconductor material. The ESD protection circuit further includes an inductor electrically coupled between the anode and the second P-type semiconductor material or between the cathode and the first N-type semiconductor material.
Abstract:
An exemplary injection mold for manufacturing a fiber optic connector includes a first mold, a second mold, an insert, two first positioning bar, and four second positioning bars. The first mold and the second mold cooperatively define a mold cavity. The mold cavity includes two lens molding recesses. The two inserts are attached to the second mold and located in the mold cavity. A dimension of each second bar in cross section is substantially smaller than that of each first positioning bar. One first positioning bar and two second positioning bars are arranged around each insert to position the insert, such that the inserts is suspended in the mold cavity and precisely aligns with the respective molding recesses.

A control circuit and a control method for a capacitive touch panel are provided. Therein, while a scanning signal charges and discharges each trace on the capacitive touch panel, a signal in phase with the scanning signal is provided to traces adjacent to the scanned trace or a ground layer under the scanned trace so as to lower parasitic capacitances between the scanned trace and the ground layer or other traces, thereby decreasing a base capacitance of the capacitive touch panel and enhancing a sensing result of the control circuit as well as providing a shielding effect and reducing noise interference so that the capacitive touch panel has improved performance.
Abstract:
A method for establishing a scattering bar rule for a mask pattern for fabricating a device is provided. The method is described as follows. First, at least one image simulation model is established according to the mask pattern and a process reference set used for fabricating the device based on the mask pattern. Next, a plurality of scattering bar reference sets is applied to the image simulation model so as to generate a plurality of simulation images, respectively. Further, a portion of the simulation images are selected to be a plurality of candidate layouts according to a screening criterion. Next, one of the candidate layouts is determined to be a pattern layout according to a selection rule, and the scattering bar reference set corresponding to the pattern layout is determined to be a scattering bar rule of the mask pattern.
Abstract:
An equalized capacitive touchpad and a touch positioning method for a capacitive touchpad use an equalizer to correct a sensed value detected from a sensing line of the capacitive touchpad, to thereby offset the attenuation of the sensed value due to the impedance of the sensing line. Thus, the sensed values generated from different positions along a sensing line are equalized, and the touch positioning accuracy of the capacitive touchpad is improved.
Abstract:
A touch position detector includes a plurality of capacitance sensors, a negative capacitance compensation unit, an analog/digital converter and a micro processing unit. The negative capacitance compensation unit is utilized to compensate the capacitance of the capacitance sensor and get a capacitance change. The micro controller unit is utilized to detect the touch position according to the capacitance change. It is easy to get the touch position by using the touch position detector.
Abstract:
An exposure method is suitable for an off-axis illumination system. According to the method, a photomask having a first pattern and a second pattern is provided, and an analysis on the photomask is conducted to obtain a first light source intensity distribution corresponding to the first pattern and a second light source intensity distribution corresponding to the second pattern. The light source of the off-axis illumination system is adjusted to have the first light source intensity distribution for conducting exposure on the first pattern of the photomask, followed by adjusting the light source to have the second light source intensity distribution for conducting exposure on the second pattern of the photomask.
Abstract:
A pneumatic spanner structure includes a head body, a link bevel gear unit, a hit unit and a driving handle. A driving motor axle portion at an open end of the driving handle drives a motor link bevel gear post and a hit unit link bevel gear plate of the link bevel gear unit. The hit unit link bevel gear plate links the hit unit. The link bevel gear unit enhances and transmits the force to the hit unit. The hit unit applies the acting force on a workpiece. The hit unit doesn't need a buffer space for actuation and the force is indirect. The link bevel gear unit is a deceleration device to extend the service life of the whole structure. The output force is more powerful than the prior art, providing a stable and compact structure.
