    摘要: The calibration weight arrangement for an electronic balance (1) with a force-measuring cell (6) has a calibration weight (14) which can be coupled to the force-measuring cell (6). A transfer mechanism and a drive source are used to move the calibration weight vertically, in order to establish, as well as to release, the force-transmitting contact between the calibration weight and the force-measuring cell. The transfer mechanism has at least one resetting element (122), a lifting system (110) configured as a knee-joint linkage (117), and a multi-stable positioning element (115). Due to the feedback from the multi-stable positioning element, whose first stable state defines the calibrating position (132) and whose second stable state defines the rest position (133) of the transfer mechanism, the actuator (118) is energized only during the phases when the transfer mechanism is moving.

    摘要: The calibration weight arrangement for an electronic balance with a force-transmitting device (1), includes a calibration weight (14) capable of coupling to the force-transmitting device (1). The calibration weight (14) is moved vertically by a transfer mechanism and a drive source to establish and to release the force-transmitting contact between the calibration weight (14) and the force-transmitting device (1). The transfer mechanism has at least one resetting element (22, 37, 38, 40, 43) and a lifting system configured as a knee joint linkage (17, 117, 217). The resetting element (22, 37, 38, 40, 43) and the lifting system work together to arrest and cushion the calibration weight (14) if the balance is shocked, dropped or hit.

The inlet and outlet seals engage a surface of the rotor, whereby the liquid supply channel of each axial extension in conjunction with a corresponding seal forms a valve that opens and closes as a function of the angular and axial displacement of the rotor. At least one of the inlet and outlet channels opens transversely into the rotor chamber and at least one of the inlet and outlet seals forms a closed circuit circumscribing said at least one of the inlet and outlet channels.

The force-transmitting devices scale the force from a calibration weight to facilitate calibration and weighing. The devices comprise unidirectional coupling elements. The unidirectional coupling element comprises coupling element parts. The elements may be adapted to transmit only a tensile force or only a compressive force to a measurement transducer. Adapting the unidirectional coupling element to transmit one type of force or the other may be done by selecting an appropriate arrangement of coupling element parts. The coupling element parts are adapted to transmit force along a midline axis by either a projection and v-shaped groove coupling or projections on the first part mated with surfaces on the second part adapted to receive and guide the first part.

    摘要: In a parallel-guiding mechanism, a stationary parallel leg surrounds a movable parallel leg. The movable parallel leg is connected to the stationary parallel leg and guided in vertical movement by first and second parallel-guiding elements, fastened respectively to the upper and lower end portions. The movable parallel leg can be connected to a load receiver and to a force-measuring cell through a force-transmitting connection in order to transmit the weighing load. Intermediate to, and connecting, the respective end portions is a tilt-adjustment feature, by which the end portions are tilt-adjusted relative to each other about at least one tilt axis to correct a corner load error. The tilt-adjustment feature is provided by at least one of: a pair of bending zones, a spherical joint and a ring-shaped constriction.

An exemplary weighing cell has a parallel-guiding mechanism in which at least one movable parallel leg which is connected to the force-transmitting rod and at least one stationary parallel leg are arranged with a predefined guiding distance from each other, connected to each other by at least one upper parallel-guiding member and at least one lower parallel-guiding member. The effective length of the parallel-guiding members is larger than the guiding distance, and the movable parallel leg does not protrude out of the design space.
