摘要: An analyzing electromagnet constituting an ion implanter has a first inner coil, a second inner coil, three first outer coils, three second outer coils, and a yoke. The inner coils are saddle-shaped coils cooperating with each other to generate a main magnetic field which bends an ion beam in the X direction. Each of the outer coils is a saddle-shaped coil which generates a sub-magnetic field correcting the main magnetic field. Each of the coils has a configuration where a notched portion is disposed in a fan-shaped cylindrical stacked coil configured by: winding a laminations of an insulation sheet and a conductor sheet in multiple turn on an outer peripheral face of a laminated insulator; and forming a laminated insulator on an outer peripheral face.

摘要: System for detecting stability/instability of behavior of a motor vehicle upon occurrence of tire slip or lock. State of the motor vehicle is determined on the basis of an alignment torque (Ta) applied from a road and a side slip angle (β). By taking advantage of such torque/slip-angle characteristic that although the alignment torque is proportional to a side slip angle when the latter is small, the alignment torque becomes smaller as the side slip angle increases, a normal value is determined from a straight line slope and the side slip angle in a region where the latter is small. Unstable behavior of the motor vehicle is determined when deviation of actual measured value from the normal value increases. Further, unstable state is determined when the slope of the alignment torque for the slip angle departs significantly from that of approximate straight line slope.

摘要: There is provided a laser radar apparatus including laser beam generating means, photo detecting means, a mirror assembly, light deflecting means, and rotation driving means. The laser beam generating means emits a laser beam having an axis thereof. The photo detecting means detects a reflected laser beam that is reflected back by an object. The mirror assembly includes a through-hole that transmits the laser beam and a reflecting surface that reflects a reflected laser beam reflected back by the object toward the photo detecting means. The light deflecting means has a flat mirror surface and a concave-shaped mirror surface, and reflects the laser beam toward a measurement range and deflects the reflected laser beam from the object toward the mirror assembly. The rotation driving means rotates the light deflecting means so as to direct the laser beam toward the measurement range.

摘要: An electrical leakage determining circuit determines the occurrence of electrical leakage at a negative electrode of a fuel cell when a potential difference V between a positive electrode of the fuel cell and ground, which is detected by a potential difference detecting circuit, exceeds a preset potential difference threshold Vth, and determines the occurrence of electrical leakage at the positive electrode of the fuel cell when an insulation resistance R between the positive electrode of the fuel cell and ground, which is detected by a resistance detection circuit, falls below a resistance threshold Rth preset to be equal to or smaller than a resistance value Rw of a coolant. Upon determination of the occurrence of electrical leakage, the electrical leakage determining circuit opens a switching contact provided on a power supply line to interrupt power supply from the fuel cell to various power consumption components.

摘要: An abnormality detecting device for a fuel cell powered industrial vehicle confirms whether a radiator fan is at rest or not (S1), and when the fan is at rest, a first setting concentration N1 is selected and set as an abnormality detection threshold value TH (S2). Conversely, when the fan is driven, a second setting concentration N2 for detecting a lower concentration is selected and set as the abnormality detection threshold value TH (S3). A hydrogen concentration Nm detected by a hydrogen concentration sensor is input (S4), and the input hydrogen concentration Nm is compared with the abnormality detection threshold value TH (S5). If the detected hydrogen concentration Nm is lower than or equal to the abnormality detection threshold value TH, it is determined as normal (S6), and if the detected hydrogen concentration Nm exceeds the abnormality detection threshold value TH, it is determined as abnormal (S7).
