    摘要: The present invention discloses a temperature vector analyzer, which comprises the following elements: a temperature detection device further comprising a plurality of infrared sensors; a temperature-vector display panel; a microprocessor receiving infrared-radiating heat source temperatures detected by the plurality of infrared sensors, calculating the vector components of the infrared-radiating heat source temperatures to attain a center-originating temperature vector, and presenting the temperature vector on the temperature-vector display panel; and a power source providing power for the temperature detection device, the temperature-vector display panel, and the microprocessor. The present invention can apply to detect a local heat origin or a local heat-dissipating point.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a probe cover for an ear thermometer, which comprises: a film cover and a base. The film cover has a cover window able to contact the probe window at the front end of the ear thermometer and a hollow cone able to contact the sidewall of the probe. The width of the cover window is greater than the width of the probe window. Thereby, the present invention can prevent the variation of infrared transmittance caused by the misarrangement and non-uniform thickness of the probe cover film disposed at the front of the probe window.

    摘要: A PTFE fiber with a low density and having a network structure that allows effective performances to be given to its finished articles and a method for manufacturing the PTFE fiber are provided. The PTFE fiber is a filament obtained by giving a heat treatment to a biaxially stretched polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film, followed by slitting partially in a lengthwise direction of the film. The filament includes a network structured fiber in which single fibers are opened partially in the width direction, and the filament is an aggregate of the single fibers. This fiber is manufactured as the filament by feeding a biaxially stretched PTFE film to a revolving pin roll with needles implanted thereon, the needles being arranged so that a plurality of rows run obliquely along a circumferential direction at substantially regular intervals, and slitting the film partially in a lengthwise direction. This PTFE filament may be cut into short fibers with a cutter. The short fibers include a branch structure.

    摘要: Disclosed is a water-proof and dust-proof membrane assembly and applications thereof. The water-proof and dust-proof membrane assembly comprises a body and a supporting member. The body is of membrane and has a first surface, a second surface, and an asymmetric porous structure formed between the first surface and the second surface of the body. The asymmetric porous structure has a thickness ranging between 1 μm and 1000 μm, a first volumetric porosity ranging between 5% and 99%. The asymmetric porous structure has plural pores, and each pore has a pore diameter between 0.01 μm and 15 μm. The supporting member is of a polymeric material and has a first contacting surface, a second contacting surface, and a second volumetric porosity which is greater than the first volumetric porosity. The first contacting surface of the supporting member is adhered to the first surface of the body.

    摘要: Disclosed is a polymeric electret film as well as the method of manufacturing the same. The polymeric electret film comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene film and an electrode layer. The polytetrafluoroethylene film includes a porous layer, which has a porous structure. The porous structure has a pore diameter ranging between 0.01 μm and 5.0 μm and has a porosity ranging between 20% and 95%. The polytetrafluoroethylene film has a thickness ranging between 1 μm and 50 μm, and is preferably made of expanded porous polytetrafluoroethylene. The polymeric electret film has a surface potential ranging between 0.1 V and 1000 V.
